You were Isaac's best friend since you were little and you also had a crush on him since you were little. So when he finally asked you out freshmen year you were so happy but recently he has been acting weird. Hanging out with Derek Hale and Erica a lot and gaining popularity quickly. So when he started ignoring you, you were hurt and upset. He was always there for you and you were always there for him. Does he not remember all those nights you would stay awake for him? Does he not remember what it took for you to even trust him? Does he remember how much you loved him? Does he even love you? Those were the questions you thought about 24/7. It was started to worry your parents when you came home upset and crying at home. You were starting to get tired of his excuse of why he didn't hang out or why he didn't show up to your guy's dates. So when you say him at school you decided to end things. It was too torturing having to think about all those questions. You wanted to end things to get you from going insane.
"Hey, Isaac we need to talk." You say standing next to him while he closed his lockers
"Sorry babe I have to go I promised Derek I would help him with something." Isaac said starting to walk away
"No Isaac you are going to listen to me ." You say grabbing his arm stopping him
"Fine just hurry please babe." Isaac says turning back to look at you
"All I wanted to say is that we are over." You say removing your hand from him
"What?" Isaac asks his voice filled with pain and sadness as were in his eyes
"Isaac you had to see this coming. You don't have time for any more for me. You're always with Erica or Derek. You are always canceling dates and plans together. I can't cry over it anymore or wait for you at places to only be stood up. I'm down with it, Isaac." You say a tear falling down your face
"Babe please don't leave me I love you I need you." Isaac says reaching for your hand but you move it not letting him touch you knowing you would break down
"It's for the best Isaac." You say giving him a small fake smile walking away tears falling
Walking away leaving a devastated Isaac. Leaving the boy you love. Leaving the person you thought you would never leave. Leaving your favorite person in the whole world. Leaving someone you would die for.
