Jace and Kass have been having this weird eye conversation for the last ten minutes.

I sat on Jace's bed looking at them, slowly getting annoyed.

Wtf is wrong with these two??!!

As I was about to interrupt their weird eye convo, they turned to me, a serious look on their face.

"You need to reject Alexandro" Jace said with Kass nodding.

"What??" I don't think I heard them right.

"You can't accept him Kat. No good will come of it"

They looked shocked at my answer. I've waited for 300 years. None of them understand the loneliness and desolation I went through after my mom went away. How dare they tell me to reject my mate??!!

"Kat.. Listen to us. He's no good. His people are no good. Especially his brother"

"Why do you say that?" I was trying not to get angry. I was really trying. But seeing as I haven't mediated in over 2weeks, my self control was ultra thin.

"Kat.... He's evil"

I laughed. They stepped back at how menacing it sounded. Evil. That's all the fuck reason they could give me?? He's evil?????!!!!

"No Kat. He and his brother aren't any good. His brother, Romario has hunters all over looking for you. No one really knows your here. Only us and those at the bonfire. If he finds you,no good will come of it. We don't know if Alexandrio isn't apart of it, but I don't trust him. He seems shadey"Kass said a distant look in her eye.

Did she just hear herself. His brother is evil. He's just a maybe. And I should reject my fucking mate for that. Wow.

I tilted my head and looked at them both. I could feel the threads to my control breaking.

"So your telling me I should reject my mate because of some feeling?" My voice was deadly quite.

"Yes" Kass looked scared.

She should be. If she thought my mate was evil she wouldn't want to experience me.

"This is a serious risk Katrina. If Romario gets his power hungry claws on you, he'll try to overthrow the council. We have a good source that says he's in league with the Rouge Wolves Leader"

"You don't know me Jace. A stupid wolf and a greedy Incubi can't hurt me"

"Kat. This is serious" Jace was starting to get angry.

I could feel myself loosing control. My skin was hot to the touch but a chill was coming off me.
