Chapter 21: New mysterious teacher

Sofie (P.O.V)

I got up feeling great for school then I got to wondering what is Stefan to me I was so confused that I almost had ran into a wall. My foster parents are never home which is great but they come home drunk both of them. I may have pegged them as nice people but once no one was around there completely different I thought they cared for there kid but boy was I wrong they don't care about anyone. So I feel it’s my duty to protect Lilli from them no matter how nice they seem. Speak of the devil here she comes so we head into the car and shove off I drop her off at school and go to mine.

 I see Louis waiting for me he didn't look happy so I parked my car and walked over to him. He ran up and hit me lightly on the arm saying stuff like where you were and why couldn't I find out at the party. I sighed and said first off you lost me and second you didn't look for me he looked mad and walked off. Now I was mad shit I hate when my friends are mad at me I feel warm and reassuring arms around my waist. I pulled away I shouldn't be falling for him so I stood back from him arms crossed he gave me a growl but I didn't look up.

He tried to say something but walked away not wanting any trouble I wanted to get away quick before either one of us got our hearts broken. But, No being the stubborn as he is he just had to following me he jerked my arm towards him and I fell into his embrace. I couldn't help but hug him back he kissed the top of my head he felt warm and nice and smelt like the forest which I loved. But I pulled back looking into his eyes I quickly pulled away and went to my locker. When I put all my things in and closed my locker when I closed it he was leaning on the locker next to mine looking mighty fine.

 I said "Go away Stefan" he looked hurt but then smirked and said "Kitten your stuck with me” I scream "Your so stubborn". I stomped away entering my Math class Stefan and saw a Substitute teacher Mr. Colen he greeted everyone and stopped at me and gave me a warm smile I couldn't help but smile back. The air smelt different but I couldn't put my finger on it Stefan growled at him and rapped his arms around my waist protectively. I couldn't help but scowl at him he shouldn't be jealous of him but I heard Alpha males get jealous very quickly and angered very quickly when it involves there mate. I gently touched his face in reassurance not wanting him to bust out animal like on this poor man he leaned into my touch and sparks flew.

 I laughed and sat in the back by Aaron he looked sick and bad looking I ran to him and gently placed my hands on his for head he was burning up. I told him to go home when he refused I picked him up and took him to the nurse and she told him to go home. I helped him into the car he looking sad saying "I hate that you always have to look out for me I want to be able to protect you". I told him to get some sleep and I’ll be at his apartment to help him he nodded and drove off when I got into class and sat back by Stefan he gave me a hug and whispered in my ear I love how much you care for others. I smiled and sat there listening to the teacher explain how long he was going to be here apparently it was till the end of the school year because Mr. Salcedo was in a accident and wouldn't recover till that long.
