Chapter 38: Star

Today’s Monday and Leonard decided to walk me to school.

When we arrived at school, rumours about us already spread all the way.

Leonard’s arms were on my shoulders so it made more the fussing worse.

After getting stuffs on my locker we proceeded to our classroom.

“Hey.” Elaine said motioning to us.

Oh no, she was going to shout at me or make my life miserable.

“Congrats. You finally realized it.” She said with a smile.

“What?” I asked.

“You’re feelings for him.” She smiled.

“Are you alright?” I asked.

“Yes, why? Because I’m being nice? Well, today’s my last day. Since my feelings for Dayne subsided, I decided to go back to my past school. I miss that place. I don’t belong here. I’m sorry for the stuffs that happened. You know, I just wanted Dayne back. But you know, even though you’re doing everything you can to bring the wrong person back, no matter what, it won’t come back until it’s the right person. Friends?” She motioned her hand to mine.

“Yeah, friends.” Then I hugged her then she left.

Dayne Clinton

I was about to go in when I saw Elaine coming out of the classroom.

I grabbed her.

“Where are you going?”

“I’m leaving this school. Don’t you know?” She smiled.

“Why?”

“I only transferred here because of you. But now, I decided to forget you. Stay safe Dayne. See you next time.” She smiled then pulled away.

“Yeah, you too.” I whispered and went in.

Amethyst Gate

I saw Dayne being so emotional and stuff so I decided to surprise him.

I covered his eyes and he freaked out like he just saw a lion!

“He-hey! Who’s this?! Let go or I’ll call the police!” He said.

Sapphire and Leonard were laughing so hard at him.

“It’s me you dummy!” I said letting go of my hand and turning him around. “I’m a lion! Rawr!” I was doing some face like a lion.

“You do look like a lion.hahaha!” He said teasingly.

“Nice one Dayne!” Sapphire said and high-fiving with him.

“Hey! I’m more beautiful than a lion!” I screamed.

“I know. Who doesn’t agree with that?” Dayne said with his smile.

Oh gosh. What did he say?!

“OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! I see some chemistry here ah!” Leonard shouted at the classroom.

“Oh my gosh Amethyst!” Sapphire said hugging me.

I just stared at him, blushing red.

“I meant what I said.” Dayne smiled.

Okay, that added the shrieking noises behind me!

“You like Amethyst?!” Sapphire shrieked.

“No, I just said she’s beautiful.” Dayne said.

The bell rang. Oh thank You Lord!

Sapphire Stone

After hearing what Dayne said, I could really feel the chemistry!

And honestly, they look good together even before. But of course since Amethyst hates him, I didn’t say a thing.

Hm, I better make some love matching here.

Leonard King

This is so cool! I can’t wait to match up Dayne and Amethyst!

Amethyst’s a great girl and Dayne’s a great guy. Two greats are equal to true love!

I feel like they both will fall in love with each other, I can feel it!

Sapphire Stone

A few days later, my relationship with Leonard is getting better day by day. One day, we decided to go to the school’s garden.

We just sat there when suddenly big light shined.

Leonard closed his eyes because it was too bright but I could see what it was.

It was the wishing star a few years back. The one I wished for.

I stood up and walked to it.

“He-hey! Sapphire! What are you doing?!” Leonard shouted.

I didn’t respond. But went near it.

I closed my eyes. Tears were flowing from my eyes.

Remembering before. Remembering what happened.

Felix my first boyfriend, meeting Dayne and Leonard coming back.

I fell for Dayne then the accident. I got paralyzed. The killing scenes. Amethyst and I becoming friends again. My feelings for Dayne disappeared, then falling for Leonard.

Leonard.

When I said yes to Leonard, every bad little thing stopped.

Is he the one? My one true love?

I wished for true love and it came true.

I looked back, and saw Leonard looking at me.

The wishing star disappeared.

I realize my dream before in Dayne’s house. The guy in my dream was Leonard.

He was right in front of me even before. I was just too blind to see it.

“You alright? Why are you crying?!” He asked.

“I love you Leonard!” I said rushing to him and hugging him.

“I love you too Sapphire.” He smiled and hugged me back. “Always have and always will.”

I looked at him for a very long time.

He motioned his head to my lips and I closed my eyes.

His lips met mine.

I could feel my heart skipped a beat and my whole body getting hot.

Finally, he let go.

He held my face.

“I’ll never let you go.” He said.

“I won’t too.” Then I hugged him.
