Unlucky Girls

I look around and see unlucky girls,
Bathed in diamonds and rosy pearls.

Dressed in fine dresses and red lips,
Money in her bank but no hands on her hips.

Pretty faces but sad souls,
She can't smile just because she has no one to hold.

She can have it all,
Silk sheets and marbled walls.

The world is spinning around her,
But we're still unlucky girls,
Because we fail to love ourselves better.
