I put on the brightest smile I could possibly make.
I tuck my hair behind my ear and took a glance to see your face.
I try my best to look my best just to make you look at me.
But all these efforts won't pay off when you view me as a shadow dancing through the night.
No matter how bright I'll shine just for you I know I wouldn't satisfy your needs.
Because you're looking glossy lips and not someone who would jump in for you when you're on your knees.
