The Flight Attendant

We were 28 thousand ft above ground,
And my mind was racing with anxiety all around.

These circular walls scream out to me with fear,
My heart began to beat with emptiness and desperate tears.

But born from all the rays of the sun I see you;
Dressed so perfectly in navy blue.

Your perfect jaws cut through my fears and replaced it with ease and infatuation,
And your deep brown eyes landed on me in recognition.

We didn't really talk or anything at all,
But that's just me, I easily fall.

I don't know your name, I'll probably never.
But I hope you know that you'll have a small piece of my heart when I leave forever.
