My mind is dangerously active.
It jumps from safe to destructive.It brings me down with a heavy weight;
It usually happens when it's late.Deep in the piercing dark, my brain learns to talk on its own.
And I just cry silently at all the thoughts that it has grown.I need to tame this wild beast,
Or tape it shut for the night at least.Because who knows how many more nights I can take,
Before this fragile boy breaks.
