A Little Bit Better

She did it
She made it
She found herself,
her heart was sitting on the highest shelf,

With her chest open for light to enter,
Her life now is a little bit better.

Now her heart sings of hopeful ballads,
Forgetting the pain she ever had.

The sun rose on all the flowers of the meadow,
Driving away all the sad shadows.

Now she's hopeful for a better life,
Where she can just soak up the sunlight.
