Luna's POV

Everything had changed.

My emotions were a mess.

But one emotion I knew I had, and that was sadness.

But I had to overcome my sadness and help Hermione.  She had it worse.  Harry was her only friend, and she lost him.

She needed me right now, and I was going to help her.

I led her into the empty closet near the Ravenclaw Commons.

"Hermione, it's okay," I said.  "I know how you feel right now, and I'm not going to hurt you."

Hermione lifted her head up.

"Thanks.  You're the only one I can turn to now.  But I'm so sorry about Harry, I should have told you, I'm such a-"

"A person with nothing to be ashamed of."

"But I stole your love!"

We sat down, and I sighed.

"Yes.  You did.  But love is a strange thing, and you did what was right by telling Harry how you felt.  I did too, and it helped me fell better.  You did nothing wrong.  I just hoped you'd tell me, Hermione."

Hermione sighed.

"I'm sorry, Luna.  Really."

"I accept your apology," I said, smiling.

Hermione smiled and held out her hand.

"So... friends?"

I shook it.

"Friends."



























Awkward silence.



























This was getting awkward.







"So... What now?" I asked.

"Well... We're just going to have to tell Harry that..."
