A New Start

Harry's POV

It was only the first week of our sixth year at Hogwarts. We were all about 16 years old (Ginny was 15 and in her fifth year, though).

It was a fresh start for all of us.

Ron was still his old self. You ought to see how he eats chicken.

Hermione was even more smart than before and spent almost everyday studying.

Ginny learnt some new hexes.

Neville... Well, he's a story for later. When there are no dangerous liquids or fire in the vicinity.

But Luna has changed the most.

She is still her usual kind self, but also a bit loony.

The problem is that her Spectrespecs and Nargle theories make her an easy target.

I witnessed a fight near the Ravenclaw corridors. There was a group of people knocking Luna's books to the ground. They were calling her mean names and bullying her.

The hard part was that I didn't want to walk away, but I still didn't want to be part of the group.

Ron and Hermione were doing the same, watching.

But I'm sure they didn't feel the same as me.
