**3 weeks late**
As me and Jayden pull up to the school Danielle, Ahteona, and Alexus runs up to the car and flings the door open bouncing on their toes as they literally pull me out the car. “Holly damn did you hear.” Screams lexi (Alexus) “umm what am I suppose to hear about” I ask my voice full of amusement and confusion as I look at the three grilling like a much of idiots. “About all the new students that’s suppose to be attending today.” Audie yells (ahteona) like she is about to burst with excitement. “Umm no I going to have to say I did not” I said slowly eyeing each of them. “ok well there is suppose to be 8 new kids that go here 5 seniors and 3 juniors all guys but I guess there is one girl with them maybe a sister or something I don’t know but I hope there fine as hell because I could use a little more candy around these parts of town but besides the point they “ said lexi as she was cut off but a black suburban with rims and blasting music speeds into the parking lot. I felt Jayden come next to me and take my hand in his as the car parked directly in front of ours and outcome a very familiar group of people that I have come to know all too well and grow to love , but the one person that really caught my attention was the lone girl that finally came out last after all the boys came out. As soon as she was fully out of the car her head turned to me and at that moment all the memories I had with this girl came rushing back as I dropped my bag and ran to her. She met me half way and tears poured out my eyes as I hugged this girl tight in my arms. “Promise I missed you so much” came her muffled voice thick with tears “ I missed you too chasiti” I said as tears poured out of my eyes. She backed up a little and looked at me “damn promise why the hell you feel so big” she asked and gave me a once over. I looked down at myself and frown “am I really that big” I thought to myself to day I was exactly 7 weeks and on Wednesday I was going to have my first appointment. I have to admit I did get bigger but I didn’t think I got that big. And as that thought came to mind I burst into a fresh new batch of tear. These damn hormones have been a totally bitch especially this week and I cry even more because I was crying and frustrated that I could stop. “Oh shit promise what the fuck is wrong with you” yelled cedric as he came rushing over. And yes that was who all was in the car, a bunch of the younger kids that’s in my brothers group. “I don’t even know” I yelled angrily. I fucking hate hormones this shit is getting on my nerves. I tried whipping my eyes but that damn tears just wouldn’t stop flowing. I felt a hand touch my cheek and then move my hands away whipped my tears for me “damn promise this is just not your week” I heard Jayden say as my eyes started to clear back up. “Yeah I know” I said softly. He picked my chin up so that I could look in his eyes “ come on babe your good don’t make these fools see you cry I don’t want to have to kill someone if they say something” I laughed and kissed him softly this but always get my spirit back up when I needed him. “OH MY GOSH MY EYES. PLEASE STOP IT BURNS” yelled cedric being over dramatic. Everyone laughed as he made a fool out of himself causing a scene. Cautiously chasiti walked over to me watching me warily “if I say something are you going to break down again” she said slowly. “Haha but no” I said giving her a flat look. “So I’m guessing you everyone” I heard Danielle say as she came up next to me. “ Oh Danielle this is chasiti, chass Danielle.” I said overly happily. Damn hormones got me on a rollercoaster. I turned to my usual group to introduce them to the family “you guys this is cedric, chasiti, Chris, trey, jaylen, Alex, rashawn, Trent, and Dominic” I said as I pointed to each of them. I turned from my group to my family. “My other fellow people this Danielle, deejay, Tariq, Alexus, ahteona, Alton, Ibsen, yaal knows nick, and my love Jayden” I finished off and took a breath. “No get friendly get to know everybody because the bell is about to ring in 2 minutes.” I said and then turned to Jayden “babe I’m hungry” I said and pouted my bottom lip. “damn didn’t I just feed you before you left the house” he said with an amused smile on his face “yesssss and I’m hungry again that’s why I’m telling you now do something about it” I said as I put my hand on my hip and looked at him. “Ok ok calm down women don’t give me that look.” He said and opened his book bag but he wouldn’t let me see inside probably because I might take everything and eat it so he just settled for giving me an apple and a v8. “Awwww where is my sweets I’m really craving gummy worms right now” I said as I eyes the fruit in my hand. “I’m not giving you any sweets so eat what you got” he said as he closed his bag up. “But, but I really wanted some sweets” I said my voice cracking already on the verge of tears. Where he heard the crack in my voice and seen my eyes with unshed tears a hurt expression came on his face, hey I can’t help these hormones so whatever emotion jumps out be ready to catch it. “I’m sorry babe but I gotta keep you healthy” he said and pulled me in for a hug. “But I want it Jayden” I said my lip quivering and a single tear rolled down my cheek, traitor. “No promise you know I’ll give you the world but I want you healthy so our baby can grow nice and healthy.” He said as he whipped that lone traitor tear away. ”I’m going to be such a bad mother my baby is going to come out unhealthy all because of me” I said as that damn well broke again and more tears poured down my face. “Oh shit. Baby you know I didn’t mean that come on please stop hey, he come on baby please stop crying.” He said whipping my tears “I can’t help it” I cried out, these damn hormones are going to be the death of me. “hey you want some fruit snacks I bought a box of those” I nodded and let out a chocked “yes” still having those damn tears poor down face “ok love but you gotta stop crying” I nodded again and sniffed a couple times and gave him a shaky smile to let him know that I was alright and he smiled back a heart breaking smile and went back into his backpack and took out a box of fruit snacks and handed it to me. “Thank yo, love babe” I said looking down already trying to get the box open. When I got the box open and was about to start eating my treats I could feel people looking at me. When I looked up all my family and friends were looking at me shock clear on their face well other than nick. As I looked around the parking lot it was empty other than us and I looked back up to the many faces looking at me “why the hell are you guys looking at me” I asked raising a fruit snack to my mouth slowly. “Are, are you pregnant promise” deejay asked slowly. “ooohhhh about that I was going to tell you guys but I was going to do it after my appointment but yes I am” I said scratching the back of my head and turned to Jayden so he could get me out of this awkward position. “OH MY GOSH! I’m going to be an uncle” yelled cedric jumping around and ran up to me and picked me up and twirled me around. I laughed at his silliness as he finally let me down. When I looked back up to everyone else some had smiles on their face and some had just shock and confusion. Jayden came behind me and laid his hands on my stomach lightly and put his chin on my shoulder, I turned to him and kissed his lips softly and right as I go to pull back I hear heard a click and see Alexus with holding up her phone “awwww that was such a Kodak moment I couldn’t resist. “Oh let me see, awwww send that to me” ahteona said looking at the picture with awe. Then Danielle came up to me and pulled me out of Jayden’s arms and crushed me into a hug “promise why didn’t you tell me I’m supposed to be first to know” she whined as she pulled back and pouted “I was going to put I want to see my baby and seen if everything was ok with it first” I said as chasiti walked up to me “I’m so happy I’m gonna be a auntie now” she said with a bright Kool-Aid smile on her face. “Ha yeah I know but Omar doesn’t know so don’t tell him, NON OF YOU GUYS BETTER TELL HIM OR BRING IT UP UNTIL I DO” I yelled over everyone so they could hear me. “You know you should push your date up to today since we’re all here and were already like probably into second period already.” Danielle said and I looked around and called Jayden over a ”babe how do you feel about pushing the appointment up to today” I asked. “That sounds great bae I was just thinking about that when I was talking to deejay and Ced” he said smiling brightly. “Ok call the clinic and ask for the earliest time that we could come in” I told him and kissed his cheek as he pulled out his phone and called.
