Chapter 37

Leia's POV

"Mom, Dad my friends are coming today after school." I tell them.

"Sure, but why?" My mom asks.

"The talent show is a few days and we have to go through some of my old songs." I say.

"Yeah okay. Its Friday." My mom says.

"Okay cool. I'll see you both later." I say.

I walked into school and went to my locker and sat down in front of it and started working on some stuff.

"Hey whats with you?" Ryder asks sitting next to me.

"Nothing. Oh so after school have the rest of the group meet me here." I say.

"Okay. I'll see you later." He says and walked away.

The rest of the school was boring and them after school the guys and I went back to my house.

"Wow nice place." Lexi says.

"Thanks lets get upstairs." I say.

We went into my room and I opened the closet door and brought out 4 huge boxes of notebooks.

"Wow thats alot." Clay says.

"Well actually theres more." I say.

"More?" Jenson asks.

"Yeah open the bottom drawer its also filled." I say.

"Wow." Mimi says as she opened it.

"Thats not all. I have more." I say.

"More?" Nigel asks.

"Yep there are like a few shoe boxes under my bed." I say.

"Holy crap." Brooke says grabbing them out.

"Also I have like 4 more boxes at my dad's bands place next door. Why dont all of you wait here and start going through everything. Ryder come help me please." I say.

"Yeah." He says.

We walked out and went next door and into my room there and grabbed the boxes and took them back to my house and placed them with the others.

"Okay now thats all of them." I say.

"There is no way we can go through all these and still get ready for the talent show next Saturday." Ryder says.

"Well we can. If we go through them all this weekend." I say.

"Hey.... Woah. Holy crap. Leia you really need to cool it on the writing." My mom says.

"Mom we are alittle busy and we are gonna need to do this all weekend. So what did you need?" I ask.

"Well your father and his band mates wanted to have a BBQ over here tomorrow with everyone and how about your friends join if they want." She says.

"Yeah if they want." I say.

They all looked at each other and nodded.

"Okay then back to work." My mom says.

The guys and started going through all the songs. We had to find the right one for that night. Mainly because if we dont win and dont play at Prom this will be our last time to perform together and that kinda makes me sad. I really hope it nothing changes once this is over.
