Jades P.O.V

Next morning I woke up in the safe and familiar arms of sky, he was still sleeping so I crept as quietly as I could out from his arms ignoring the tingles that were shooting up my arms from his touch, and into the shower. Stepping in under the water I instantly felt myself wake up, shifting for the first time last night had taken more out of me than I had realised so the water beating down on my back and shoulders was a welcome relief for my tense muscles. After washing my hair I stepped out and got changed quickly toeing up my dripping wet hair to let it air dry. Walking back into my room I saw sky still asleep, god he was so perfect. How am I so lucky to be best friends with him? After staring at the angel that lay in my bed for a while, I dragged my eyes away and went down to the kitchen to make breakfast. Deciding on pancakes I started to pull out everything I needed, after they were all cooked I piled them all up on a plate along with 2 glasses of orange juice i brought them up to my room. Pushing in the door I gently placed the tray on my bed and moved to sky's side to wake him. Brushing my hand across his face I gently called his name, he shifted in his sleep and moved his hand onto of mine pulling it to his lips and smiling still fast asleep. I called his name louder and he woke opening one eye and smiling at me, he kissed my hand lightly making my stomach summersault. "your lucky you brought food when you woke me" he mumbled still pressing my hand to his lips. He sat up slowly and let go of my hand looking at the pancakes with a huge smile on his face, We both tucked in as if we hadn't eaten in weeks. "you know, making me pancakes isn't going to get you out of training" he spluttered, spitting bits of pancake at me in the process. "training?" I croaked nearly choking on my food. "yep, the whole pack goes out for training on a saturday morning" sky smirked knowing I hate exercise. I flopped back on the bed suddenly poising my appetite, "alright, when us it starting?" I sighed. "ten minutes time" sky mumbled finishing his breakfast and then jumping up to get dressed. When he returned from the bathroom he grabbed my arm and pulled me off the bed dragging me down the stairs. "right" sky said as he turned to face me in the back yard. "you have to shift to do the training so off with your clothes then follow me" I cringed and stepped behind a tree stripping off and summoning my inner wolf. By the time I was ready sky had already shifted and was waiting for me at the end of my yard. Trotting over to him he smiled and then set off into the woods at a gentle jog, I kept up easily but sky was increasing in speed. After a few minutes we were at a full blown gallop, I knew I could go faster so I pushed on leaving sky in my dust with a slightly shocked expression on his face, laughing I circled around and came galloping up from behind him pouncing on him sending both of us flying to the ground with a thud. Picking himself up and shaking off he growled playfully and head butted me stalking off ahead again. "Ow" I shouted at him through our mind link. "serves you right, hey were here, you ready?" he asked. "as I'll ever be" I said with a sigh. This should be fun. We spent pretty much all day training, it was led by -who I found out to be my dad, the most humongous grey wolf ever. We had to run the perimeter of our land -which I found very easy, then we had close combat fighting and then learning how to tune in and out your hearing, sight and smell when it's not needed. Surprisingly I actually enjoyed all the training but its so tiring. By the time sky and I got home it was 9pm and we were too tired to do anything else so we went straight to bed and I fell asleep in the comfort of his arms once more. </pre>
