"Out of my way! I have to pee!" I shoved the small people around me so I could have a clear sprint to the small toilets. That's what I hated about high school bathrooms. They were so gross, that I never used them. So instead, I waited for school to let out and I could do my business at Laura's school. The janitors either kept the bathroom a lot cleaner here, or the boys had better aim. Either way I was thankful for the hygiene boost.

When I made it to the bathrooms I checked to make sure I went in the correct 'genders' bathroom. Didn't want little girls thinking I was a creep. Then I would have to explain that I was not interested in woman things and then people would hate me because I spread the gay religion into their schools.

Peeing after a long day of school was always a relief.

It makes you that much calmer. When you hold that kind of thing in. You go a little crazy and get cranky. Then nobody wants to be with you. It's an uncomfortable feeling. So for now I shall cherish the feeling of not carrying anything in my bladder.

When I emmerged from said bathroom a girl that I recognized stood outside the stall.

"What are you doing here?" I said snobbishly. Turning my nose at the person in front of me.

She gave me the 'you're an idiot' look.

"I'm picking up Laura." Cassie said.

"Well that's too bad." We reached the front room where Laura was waiting for me and I grabbed her hand. "Because I'm taking her home. She likes me better."

Laura nodded in agreement. Smart girl. "You don't talk to me anymore. So Avey's my best friend."

"I'm your back-up best friend?" I looked at her in mortification. She ignored me, as expected. Brat.

"That's not true." Cassie kneeled down and spread her arms to receive a hug.

Laura was too nice and beautifully hearted to refuse. So she wrapped her tiny arms around our 'former' sister. She spent too much time with her boyfriend, so we're kicking her out of the family.

"Tally-ho then?" Cassie bounced back up, holding Laura against her hip.

"Uh. Tally-no. Give me my freaking sister." I held my hands out so I could carry Laura back to my car.

Cassie just rolled her eyes in response. I had to refrain from kicking her in the throat. Sisters were the worst. Especially old ones.

"Give me the child or I scream kidnap." I warned.

"I've picked her up before, idiot." They were walking towards the exit now. She was right. Everyone here knew her. I had no leverage.

When we got to the lawn out front I realised a vital key was missing.

"Where's the boyfriend?"

"His grandmother died." She retorted and spun around, away from my car.

Youch. Show some compassion, oh heartless one.

"Then who are you riding with?"

"Fay."

I cocked my head to the side and followed her. "Who's Fay?"

She gaped at me like a nasty fish. "Are you serious?"

"Extremely." I deadpanned.

"Comes over to our house every weekend?"

I didn't catch the hint, and she seemed to see that.

"Red hair? Tall? Braces?"

Ooh. I got her at braces. I strongly remember a girl with braces that came to our house frequently who whenever she said a word with the letter 'f' in it. Spittle flew from her mouth. I was used to calling her spittle though, spitty for short.
