A/N: Sorry for the wait! I have been a lot busier on vacation than I planned, but here you guys go. At first, it was really short, so I hope I made it a little better, so sorry if it isn't. Only one chapter left, ): Love you guys!

*~! Antonio's POV !~*

Things were back to the way we all knew it to be. Lexi, Matthew, Chris and the twins were happier than ever, and had reconstructed their family. No, Tiana's not pregnant which she was relieved about, she was just PMSing. Her and Aiden have also repaired their relationship, as I have done with my daughter.

I smiled at Tiana as she came into our office. She looked a little panicky, so I left her alone for awhile. She flipped furiously through some papers, her eyes wide and breathing shallow. I slowly approached her, and there was a random scream from outside the door that made me jump.

"Tiana, what's going on?" I asked and her eyes snapped to mine.

"L-Lexi's about to have this baby! We have to find Matt!" She yelled, and I grabbed her hand.

"Okay, calm down. Go call an ambulance, and I'll find Matt. I know where he is," I sighed and she rushed out of the room.

After grabbing my coat, and telling my assistant I was leaving for the day, I was out the door. I jumped into my car, heading towards the ring shop where Matt was. I had to swerve through the traffic, almost hitting a few people as I finally got to the shop. Hopping out quickly, I sped walked through the entrance to see Matthew eyeing a ring. He was planning on proposing to Alexa all over again.

"Matthew!" I basically screamed, making him turn quickly.

"What?" He chuckled nervously. "I don't know, I liked it, you don't?" He handed me the ring and for a minute, I was distracted.

"Matthew! Lexi is about to have your daughter!" I tugged him out the store, as he dropped everything inclusion his jaw.

We flew down the highway, going back to Alexa and Matthew's house to get her bags and pillows. The kids had just started a new school year, and I would pick them up after I got Matthew to the hospital.

The only sound you could hear was the engine after Matthew had Alexa's things. I was pushing as fast as I could, taking back roads to avoid New York traffic. Matthew was shaking in the passenger seat, and I chuckled to myself.

"Dude, why are you so scared?" I looked over quickly.

"Because man, it's my baby girl. Imagine the guys I'll have to deal with, heartbreaks, and pregnancies. Oh god.." He gagged.

"Well, I can tell you to make sure you enjoy these times while she's little. Watching Krystal grow up, and being her and Aiden's dad changed everything for me. I paid more attention, I was always watching. But now, I realize I have to just have fun with them because they'll be off to college and Krys will probably work at her mom's company after she graduates. Enjoy it now because once they hit middle school, like the twins, they'll be all about boys and nothing else. I dread the day Krystal or Alex grow up, and leave my house, but I know it's going to happen. So why not have fun with my two little girls, and my boys now, you know?"

"Yeah, watching the twins and Krys grow up was always fun, but now it's my own baby. I almost broke the guys' necks that made the girls cry, what will I do a guy who hurts my own kid?" He sighed.

"Just cross that bridge when you get there. But for now, you have a baby on the way," I swerved to the front of the emergency room. Matthew jumped out of my car, grabbing everything he needed.

"Thanks man, I love you," he was serious and I smiled with a nod.

"I love you too man. I'll be right back, hopefully before you become a dad!" I chuckled as I pulled off, on the way to pick up my children.

*~! Tiana's POV !~*

Lexi's hair was matted as we stood in the delivery room: Matt, Lexi and i along with the doctors. She let out a nasty scream, and squeezed my hand to the point where it was almost unbearable. I stuck it out, though, and tried to calm her by patting her hand.

"One more push! Come on Alexa!" Matthew kissed her forehead, and she loosened her grip on her hand which i was grateful for. She took three deep breaths before the screams came back, and she pushed. But soon, her scream was overlapped by another as Matt stood at the foot of the bed, and watched as little Emily Renée entered the world. Her lightly colored hair and blood covered body was what caught my eye first.

Tears streamed down Lexi's cheeks as the nurse handed her the beautiful baby girl. Matthew littered Alexa and the baby with kisses. She was truly beautiful, and almost identical to her mother. I smiled at the family, and couldn't help but miss when I had my twins. I had only gone through child birth once, and it was an amazing feeling after the pain. Holding your child and your husband being by your side, kissing the both of you until you can't take it anymore. Soon, my want to bear another child overtook me, and out of wishful thinking, i did something irrational.

"I'm gonna let you guys have a moment before I let everyone come in," I nodded and kissed Alexa's cheek, along with her new baby girl, Emily.

I walked past the doctors who frantically flew around, and the nurses that scribbled on paperwork. I started to rethink as I approached the desk, but I couldn't help but feel what I felt in my gut. It was the right thing to do, for my family and I.

"Oh my! Tiana Smithson! It's a pleasure how may I help you?" The nice nurse looked up to me with a grin, and I smiled back.

"Hi, I uhm. I need to do a pregnancy test?" I asked more of a question than an answer, and her eyes lit up.

"Sure thing. Just give me two minutes," she nodded and walked to the back, returning in seconds with a container.

"You know how this works, and all you have to do is bring it back, and I'll run it myself and give you an answer. Until then, you can have a seat in this room," she lead me directly across the hall, and I sat on the bed. "Alright, I'll leave you alone," she nodded.

"Oh, and Ms-" I glared at her name tag. "Ms. Linda, could you keep this a secret? You know, between you and I? I want to surprise my husband."

"Yes, of course! I do wish you good luck," she gave me one last wide smile, and I couldn't help but stare. For some reason, I felt she was connected to me, to my mother. But I quickly shook the feeling off, and walked to the bathroom, completing the pregnancy test.

As I walked back to the desk, and slid the container to Ms. Linda, I felt guilty for not telling my family about the new baby that had just entered. No one had the slightest clue that she had even come into this world, and that was caused by my selfishness. I sat in the room, patiently and quietly waiting, but the longer I sat alone, the worse I felt about leaving my family clueless.

My heart skipped as fingers came in contact with the door in a form of a knock. I sighed as I stood and made my way to the thick door, and slowly slid it open. Ms. Linda stood there, beaming at me.

"Yes?" I whispered and she nodded.

"Yes!"

"How far?" I could resist asking. If it was only a few weeks, I would wait until I was sure it was healthy before telling anyone, including Antonio.

"About three months," she answered. "Twelve whole weeks."

"Oh my gosh!" I gasped. The tests I took were wrong. I was going to have another chance at being a new mother. I hugged Ms. Linda tightly, and she returned it. "Thank you so much," I wiped my eye and pulled away.

"No need to thank me, sweetheart. Now, you get back to your family, and I'll see you in six months when you come back for delivery," she winked as I walked slowly away, calling another thank you over my shoulder.

As I neared my family, I let everyone know that baby Emily had been here for at least thirty minutes, and they all lit up. I asked the nurse at the front desk if it was alright to visit my best friend and she nodded.

"Hey, babe! I haven't seen you in like three days," Vanessa hugged me, followed by Warren as everyone walked back.

"I know, I missed you guys!" I smiled and pushed open the door to Alexa and Emily's room.

The two parents stood there, along with their daughter, and Christopher fought his way through the bunch of people and to his little sister. Antonio pressed a kiss to my temple, handing me Gabriel, and I grinned at my baby boy. The family had a tender moment, and I felt a tug on my leg, and looked down to see Aiden and Krys.

"Can we have another baby?" Krys whispered, and I chuckled.

"I don't know, baby. Maybe."

We stood in the room as everyone carefully passed the new baby around, and her bright blue eyes slowly opened when I held her. I giggled as she shut them tight, unable to stand the light. Antonio pulled me under his arm after I handed my Goddaughter back to Matthew.

"I'm pregnant," I whispered to my husband and he got tensed.

"Y-you're what?"

"I'm pregnant, three months," I nodded and he pulled me outside of the room.

I watched as he nudged me into the wall, and his eyes scanned my body.

"We're having another baby?!" He squealed with a bright smile, and I nodded.

"Yes, in six months."

"I honestly don't think you know how excited I am, and how much I love you," he exhaled, and pulled me into a bone crushing hug.

"I know you love me as much as I love you, and that's infinitive," I pulled back a little, rubbing my thumb across his cheek. "You're all I've ever wanted since I was twelve years old," I giggled and shook my head as a solitary tear rolled down my cheek.

"You're more than I could've ever imagined. Thank you, Tiana, for putting your life on the line, and giving me children, and taking care of our children and I. I love you so much." His lips were on mine in a soft, sweet kiss.

*~! Two weeks later !~*

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was seated in our living room as Antonio and I held our two small babies, Alex with Antonio, leaving Gabe with me. My chest started to rise rapidly and Antonio pressed a kiss to my cheek, silently telling me it's okay. I took a deep breath, gaining everyone's attention. I was beyond nervous, and I had no clue why. It wasn't like they could choose whether or not I should keep the baby, even if they could, I was way too far along to terminate it.

"Tiana, uhm has an announcement," Antonio smiled, and everyone sat up. I smiled at Vanessa who was clutching Warren's hand as he held their son.

"Well, I am pregnant..... Again!" I finally grinned and the room was dead silent. "Uhm - we found out yesterday that it's a boy..?" I trailed and they erupted with cheers. They all hugged us, and mom placed her hand on my stomach.

"Awh, I get to see you actually go through a pregnancy. If you need anything, really anything, just tell me," she hugged me tight before kissing my cheek, and moving aside for Aubrey.

"Congrats, sis!" She grinned, I nodded with a muffled thank you as she pulled me into a hug.

"Is it me, or is one of us either having a baby, or pregnant like every month?" Vanessa laughed, and kissed my cheek.

"I know, right. At least all of our babies will grow up together," I giggled, hugging War.

"Love you," he mumbled, and I grinned.

"Love you too, War."

Antonio and I lay exhausted in our room, tired from all the excitement of today, and the past two weeks. It was all so crazy with Matthew and Lexi's daughter now brought into the world, and he also proposed to her again, and she accepted. The wedding was scheduled in May, and it was bound to be amazing. Tony leaned over and kissed my lips, and I giggled a little.

"What was that?" I smirked as he pulled me closer to him.

"Eh, I don't know. I guess I'm just glad to have you and our family," he gave me a genuine smile.

"Me too. I'm glad you came back to me, and that I married my best friend," I kissed his lips again.

"And imagine what it'll be like once all the children are old? It's weird to picture Krys being married," he chuckled.

"Well, maybe she'll marry her best friend too, and it'll be some type of tradition," I laughed a little.

"Actually, I have just decided that she's not getting married, and neither is Alex," he crossed his arms with a stern look.

"Babe, they're gorgeous already, imagine when they're older. They're going to get married, no doubt."

"No, no. My baby girls will always be single, so no little, stupid boy can break their heart," he smiled, somewhat satisfied with his false prediction.

"My dad thought the same thing. But then one day, I met you, and I've been happy ever since, see. And I love you with all my heart, and we have beautiful children. It doesn't always have to be bad," I shrugged.

"Nope, they're my babies," he refused.

"So what about my little boys? They're for sure not running women."

"They're men, they will do what men do," he scoffed.

"So you used to run women?" I frowned with a scoff of my own.

"Ugh, this isn't about me. Get some sleep baby, we have an appointment," he grumbled, pulling me to lay on his chest.

"Oh, and now sleep is important. You are impossible, Marconi," I laughed as he pecked my forehead.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever, you love me. Now, go to sleep. I love you baby girl," he huffed as I finally slid my eyes closed.
