- Recap -

"That's her." I saw limping over to the incubater with Sandi right behind me.

"She's so beautiful." Sandi said with her hands over her mouth.

She was tiny and had a little hair on her head , she was about 6 pounds and had a birth mark on her arm , she also looked like me but had Drake's nose , mouth , and eyes.

"I know what I'm gonna name her." I said smiling at my baby.

- Reality -

MONDAY

Drake's POV

I woke up to being dragged out of the cell.

"Where am I going?" I asked the police officers.

"To the court room." the officer said.

I forgot it was Monday already.

"Oh." I said walking.

They walked me outside and threw me into the car and then they got into the car.

I was now standing in front of the court house.

This will determined whether I go to jail or will I not go to jail.

I took a deep breath and then started walking towards the entrance.

Jasmine's POV

"Would you like to hold the baby?" the doctor asked.

"Yes." I said sitting up in the hospital bed.

"Here you go." the doctor said placing the baby's small body into my hands.

"She's so beautiful." Sandi said placing the babies hand into hers.

I watched as the baby blinked and smiled at me. I already knew this baby was gonna be my whole world. I have always wanted to be a mother I just didn't know when.

"She has Drake's smile." I said squeezing her cheek.

"What would you like to name her?" the doctor asked me.

I smiled and said "Yasmine Renee Graham."

"Nice name." she said with a smile and noted it down on the certificate.

"We need your signature and your husband's." she said.

I smiled when she said he was my husband and then I frowned because Drake was at court.

"Well you can have mines." I said writting it down in the spot it was soppose to be in.

"But we also need your husbands to make the certifacate final" she said.

"I-(GCO)

I heard the door open and looked to see Drake coming towards me.

"I'm here." he said kissing me without hurting the baby.

"We need you to sign this." the lady said handing him the certifacate and pen.

"Yasmine Renee Graham?" he said.

"Yeah. Do you like it?" I asked.

"Yes I do. It's perfect." he said with a smile.

I smiled back glad that he liked the name.

He signed the papers and the doctor left.

"Can I hold her?" he asked.

"Yes." I said.

He held his hands out and I sat the baby down on his hands.

As soon as she was in his hands she started giggling.

"She likes you." Sandi said.

Drake rocked her back and forth while saying something into her ear.

I could have sworn I saw a tear come out of his eye.

"She looks just like you." he said.

"yeah she has your nose , eyes , and mouth." I said.

"Here." he said giving her back.

I grabbed her and he got down on one knee.

"Um Drake..What are you doing?" I asked.
