I nodded. I didn't really care I was just so happy she was ok. I felt like I was given a second chance.

- Reality -

Drake's POV

About a week ago I was able to get Jasmine out of the hospital. She has been driving me crazy every day since. The doctor said she was suppose to stay off her feet for a while which means I have to do everything for her and I mean everything.

"Drake!" Jasmine yelled from upstairs.

I walked upstairs to our room and seen her laying on the floor.

"How did you get on the floor?" I asked.

Last time I seen her she was laying on the other side of the bed.

"I was reaching for my phone." she said pointing to the side table.

"Oh ok." I said reaching down to pick her up.

She's much bigger then she was before.

"Briana's coming over." she said when I sat her on the bed.

"Ok but she have to be gone before 6. I wanna take you out." I said handing her the phone.

"Well I can't walk." she said.

"You can walk and you're gonna wanna walk for this." I said walking away when I heard a knock on the door.

"Ok." she mumbled typing something into her phone.

I walked downstairs to answer the door. It was Briana.

"What happened to you?" I asked looking at her black eye.

"I fell." she said walking away.

I didn't believe it but I didn't want to bother her.

Jasmine's POV

I heard someone open and closed the door and I look up to see Briana with a black eye.

"What the hell happen?" I yelled trying to sit up but failing to do so.

"I fell." she said.

"Stop lying! What really happened?" I asked.

"Jimmy has been hitting me." she said with tears

Jimmy is Briana's ex. He was in jail for drugs so he must have gotten out.

"When did he get out?" I asked.

"A couple of days ago." she said sitting on the end of the bed.

"You can stay with us until he's gone. Ok?" I said.

"No I'm fine. I'll just stay at my mom's house." she said.

"You can stay with us if you want." I said.

"Thank you so much!" she said hugging me.

"Your welcome now let me go." I said.

She let me go.

"Dang you're getting really big!" she said rubbing my stomach.

"I know! The bigger I get the more my back hurts." I said rubbing my back.

Drake's POV

"Are you ready yet?" I yelled from downstairs.

"No I need a few more minutes." Jasmine said.

We were going to eat and then to the beach after and Jasmine is taking forever to get ready.

I looked at my watch and started pacing back and forth.

I was too busy pacing I didn't hear Jasmine come down the stairs.

"Look up." she said.

I jumped when I heard her and then looked up.

I smiled when I saw her.

"You look very beautiful." I said walking over to her and kissing her hand.

"You look great too." she said.

"Come on. We are already late." I said holding my hand out.

She grabbed it and started walking.

I laughed when I seen her wobbling next to me.

"Stop laughing! Its not funny!" she said when I laughed harder. She soon started laughing too.

"Let's go!" she said.
