*Cici's P.O.V*

Waking up the morning of court, I sighed happily, seeing WestRose asleep on a mattress on the floor. Lin had let her sleepover after we begged.
It took a moment before I realized that today was not a good day to be happy for. I groaned and burned my head back in my pillow.
"You are so loud." WestRose muttered, lifting her head off of her pillow. "You groaned and you woke me up. You're very loud."
"Go away, I have to go to court today against my crazy ass aunt who wants to take me away from the nice people in my life." I said, sitting up. WestRose got into the bed next to me. I leaned my head on her shoulder as she pet me.
"Don't pet me, I'm not your cat." I muttered. WestRose shoved me off the bed.
"Oh, yeah. That's way better than petting me. Thanks. I love being shoved onto the floor." I said sarcastically. "That's exactly what I needed today."
"Shut up. Come on, show me what you're wearing. Let's make you cute." WestRose said, throwing my closet open. "Ah, no! Are you really wearing this funeral dress?"
I scoffed as she pulled out my choice. It was a black dress with some polkadots on the sheer sleeves. It fell down to my knees.
"It's good for court, shut up." I said, grabbing it from her hands.
"It's good for a funeral. Come on, my love! Smile a little bit!" WestRose sighed. "I know you're nervous, and you're upset, just smile for me."
I scowled further.
"YOU'RE NEVER FULLY DRESSED WITHOUT A SMILE!" She screamed, throwing shoes at me. Someone knocked on the door.
"Enter the quarters of the queen and her queen." WestRose said, and the door was thrown open. Lin, Jon and Vanessa were standing there, dressed in suits and in a dress.
"The Queen and her queen?" Jon asked, raising an eyebrow at me, curled on the bed, WestRose lying on top of me.
"Yes." We responded together.
"Our middle school nickname. Our math teacher decided we were married and our science teacher decided we were queens." I said, knocking WestRose off of me and getting up. "Everyone out, I need to get dressed."
Everyone filled out of the room, and I put on the dress and the shoes WestRose had thrown at me. They were black pumps with a bow on it.
As a good luck gift, the cast had given me a gold bracelet that said "I can and I will"
"Déjame peinar tu pelo, hijita." Vanessa said, sitting behind me. She pulled out a brush and ran it through my hair, muttering. I knew that she was going over evidence and arguments.
"I've gotta go, Lia." WestRose said, kneeling in front of me.
"I cannot believe you're still calling me that." I laughed, grabbing her hands. "I'll call you when we get out for the day. I love you, Westy."
"You better, sister. Love you too. Good luck, but you don't need it." WestRose said, standing up. "See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!"
I laughed, wiping away a tear. "God, I've missed her. We were partners in crime."
"You're going to continue to be as soon as we get rid of your crazy aunt." Jon said, kissing the top of my head. "Go get in the car."
"Have you guys even met her? We're calling her crazy, and we don't know her." I said, holding Lin and Jon's hands. Vanessa stood behind me, her hand on my shoulder.
"Nope." Lin shrugged. "But let's go show her who your family is."
