Princess Clarabelle resides in a beautiful palace, surrounded by spectacular gardens, and with access to a marvelous stable that she takes full advantage off- when she is not in the royal court, she is out with the horses.

She has been betrothed to Prince Pier since she was born, and their marriage is supposed to unite their conflicted kingdoms, bringing peace to the land. She has been told since she was little that she loves him, and she believes she does, even though she's barely met him.

Then one day at the stable, she meets the new stable boy, Leonardo. He shares her love of horses, and so much more. I'm fact, she can relate to him more than she can to Pier.
