A little while later we were sat in a late night cafe. It was the perfect place as it was quite and out of the way. There was only 3 other people sitting in there, a elderly man and lady eating some food at a table and a obviously drunk man sitting on the stools We choose a table in the corner of the room away from everyone else "ok so are you going to explain?" I asked alex. "in a minute...what do you want to eat...you should have some food you've had a big shock tonight..." alex told me. "I don't know..nothing" I told alex with a sigh. "humm..." alex said as he looked at the menu.

"hello can I take your order please..." a young woman asked when she approched our table. alex gave her a cheesy smile, "good evening, can I get a large glass of cola...and a baked potato and..." alex looked at me and I crossed my arms to show him I was annoyed with waiting "actually just make that two colas and two baked potatos with cheese please..." alex told the lady as he folded the menus back up and handed it to the waitress, who walked off with our order. "Oh look they have the new 'look' mag out, you want a read? i know girls like these kinds of things..." Alex asked me. I sighed in annoyance "Alex stop messing around and talk to me! tell me what I need to know now!..." I demanded.

"ok ok... well, Yea vampires are real, get used to it. And before you ask no we don't sparkle. We sleep in the night like humans do and we drink blood to survive, as well as eating normal food, we can't survive with out either, and there are lots of us" alex whospered to me seriously. "I don't care! Untill a few hours vampires didn't exhist to me. And I lead a normal life and I still want to lead that normal life...I just gotta wait for this to blow over and go back..and I want to know why my grandfathers dead and why people are after me too...." I began to say but alex cut in.

"before you continue you need to listen to what I have to say...your a blue blood, a blue blood is a rare person, they desended from royal vampire blood.."alex began to tell me. "what! I'm a vampire...I'm not a v...vampire..." I stuttered. "shhh...your not..." said alex. I sighed in relief. "completly..." alex continued. I looked at him in shock "WHAT!" I shouted. "how? Why? Who..?" I asked, alex gave me an evil look. "keep it down, your great grandmother times by 5. She linked with a royal vampire ...you got to understand, linking with a human back then was never heard of...yes theyd use them for there sexual pleasure or what ever, but a vampire falling in love with a human was just wiered. Its still looked apon as unnatural now, but it happens and weve excepted it. So when two vampires link, they do this thing, where they drink each others blood a number of times, which links them together completly. Your great grandfather. having not known the effects of doing it to a human, did it anyways, and thats how blue bloods were created. He then turned your grandmother into a vampire, and amazingly she got pregnant, because of the blue blood, they had kids, and here we are now..." alex told me. I looked at him confused. "what...so she was a vampire but had a human child..." I asked confused. Alex nodded his head. "yes... its rare because there are only a certan ammount of blue bloods to begin with and also there's a rebelin against it right now, some think it's the best way for both species to survive...this way we would only be turning one human, and we still get to have our own families... some vampires don't like the idea of us mixing though they say it's unnatural, and we should stick to the normal way of turning into a vamp...theve vowed to kill all the blue bloods to stop the unatural way of things..." alex began to tell me. "which is why they tryed to kill me... And why my grandfathers dead..." I realised as I leaned in closer to listen to alex
