Chapter 25

We got home, at last, and I began to run upstairs, but Demi grabbed my arm before I even reached the second step, she had grabbed my arm. "Where do you think your going?" She asksed me, "N-nowhere..." I answered, slightly annoyed that she wouldn't let me be on my own for once. "Talk to me." She ordered, "No, it isn't your buisness!" I said, raising my voice slightly. "I JUST WANT TO HELP YOU JESSIE, WHY WON'T YOU SEE THAT?!" She screamed, faultfully letting go of my arm. I ran upstairs quickly, ditching my school bag because it was weighing me down.

I locked my bedroom door when I got up there, running to a corner and srewing myself into a ball, crying. Demi shook at my door rapidly, "Honey, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to shout at you, please open the door!!" She battered the door, my phone rang, so I ran over to it and read it, "Hey b*tch, you know your fat, ugly and we all hate you?" I stared at it and didn't realise Demi creeping into my room, I lay silently on the floor, wishing J were dead, I felt a warm hand on my shoulder, and jumped, "Come here." Demi ordered. I looked at her, then towards the door, and I weighed up my options, there were three possible ways;

1) I could make a run for it out my door.

2) I could stay where I was, but Demi would pick me up then.

3) Accept Demi's invitation, and be an even bigger burden.

I decided to make a run for it, I jumped up, and legged it towards the door, where I turned around to see Demi, motionless, looking at me on the bed, her heads in her lap, "I'm sorry." I simply said, and walked out, closing the door behind me. I went downstairs for 5 minutes to calm down, and sat at the piano, beginning to tap a tune on the keys and singing along to it...
