Miku's POV

I woke up remembering yesterday's events. I'm really glad everything's back to normal.

I jumped up from my bed, feeling pretty happy, knowing everyone is safe and joyful. Well, except for Honne, that is.

I can't wait to go to school again, so I could see Len!

W-woah, I got rather excited there.

I was just eating my breakfast when my phone suddenly rang.

"Ah, fyes, fello?" I said, my mouth full of cereal.

"He stabbed himself.." A rather lifeless voice whispered through the phone.

"N-neru?" my eyes widened and I immediately gulped the cereal inside my mouth. "How did you get my-- No, more importantly, who stabbed himself?"

I can hear her short breaths and her voice cracked. "Dell."

Neru's POV

I've been waiting inside the hospital for about an hour now. I'm so scared. My palms are sweaty, and my heart is beating fast like crazy. I even called Miku-chan just because I want someone to talk to. Even if I'm just speaking what's in my mind.

"Sweetie, would you like some?" Dad asked, handing me a sandwich and a bottle of orange juice. At last, he got back from buying snacks at the canteen. I need comfort right now.

"Thank you." I said as I took them.

"What happened to Dell?" My dad asked while he sat down beside me here outside the Emergency Room.

I unscrewed the lid of the orange juice bottle, and stared at the liquid blankly. "They said he stabbed himself.

"Stabbed himself..?"

I nodded, and took a sip from the bottle. "I don't understand what that meant.."

"But why would he do that?" My dad gasped.

"I don't know..."

"Well, I guess we'll just have to wait.."

"Yeah. Wait."

We sat down again and waited for a painfully long time for the doctor to come out with the news.

If Dell's alive,

...or not.

If I didn't skip school today and if came here later than six in the morning,  I wouldn't have known all these.
