10 - Doubt

"What did you do after the walk?" Gigi asked her best friend in pure enthusiasm.

"Not much... She just walked me back home." Kendall proceeded.

"How do you write those damn essays? You're the worst at giving details!" The extra energetic blonde huffed as she rearranged her back pack on her shoulder.

They were taking a walk to Gigi's house to have a girls night. Gigi hadn't exactly been feeling well back then, but she seemed considerably better now.

"It's not my fault. You ask for too much details." Kendall giggled.

"I don't. What is there that you so badly want to avoid." Suddenly, Gigi stopped midway.

"Wait!" She sniffed the air around Kendall. "I smell sex." Gigi giggled playfully.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL F?" Kendall whisper yelled.

"Oh My! God! You already did it?" Gigi was genuinely surprised.

"Of course not! What do I look like to you?" Kendall rolled her eyes.

She couldn't believe her best friend's assumption. Though she was perfectly aware Gigi was only playing around with her. Kendall's headache got worse.

"Let me see.. You're a female with a vagina. That's enough reasons to sleep with Cara if you ask me." Gigi laughed at her own joke.

"Okay this is just getting more and more awkward every second." Kendall protested.

"You're no fun." Gigi pouted adorably.

"Unbelievable how our friendship has survived for so many years." Kendall smiled and linked her arms with Gigi.

"Universe does wonders Kenny."

The Next Day

A food chain is a linear network of links in a food web starting from producer organisms (such as grass or trees which use radiation from the sun to make their food) and ending at apex predator species (like grizzly bears or killer whales), detritivores (like earthworms or woodlice), or decomposer species (such as fungi or bacteria).

Kendall was busy reading the text when suddenly a phone call interrupted her chain of thoughts.

"Hello?" She picked up her cellphone but skimmed through the text carelessly. Not wanting to waste the precious time.

"Hey. You better get ready. We're going out." Gigi's voice sounded beyond excited as she mostly is.

"Gi, I'm busy. I need to go over my notes." Kendall replied.

"Ugh you already know the text by heart Kendall don't make me open my mouth and close my eyes and say things I know I'll regret later and will never be able too take back! Do you want me to say things and regret them later and apologize for it? Because if you do then.."
