{A/N: Hi! So, I don't own Hamilton, or any of these people (if I did they would be in my basement), I only own Cecilia. BY THE WAY: Cici is pronounced CC. This idea may be used in other stories, but this is my story, I've been planning it in my head forever, and I'm finally writing it down. So, no hate, no judging, only love. Thanks! xxAv}

"New York! Concrete jungle where dreams are made true, these lights will inspire you! Let's hear it for New York, New York, New York!" Cecilia sang quietly, dragging her hand across the wall of a building while she walked. She had managed to make enough money singing in the subway for a new outfit from the Salvation Army and a cup of coffee. It was a good day.
It was a beautiful Sunday. She had just gotten out of the late mass at church, and was feeling good.
Cecilia came to New York in hopes of seeing her favorite Broadway show, even be discovered herself, but after she wanted to come home, no one bothered try and get her home, so living in a shelter seemed like the best option.
No one ever tried to get in contact, so Cecilia just assumed that she was in New York until she could get out herself.
Yes. This was totally the life.
But, a sunny Sunday in the city, with a brand new skirt, heels, jacket and shirt, it was a good day.
It was a good day until someone shoved her and she spilled her coffee all over herself, and then that person continued to shove her in a dark alleyway.
"What the hell? Let go of me!" Cecilia screamed, but then her mouth was covered.
Just as she was getting tired of kicking, a voice said something, and the man fell on the ground.
"Okay, darling. Are you alright?" The voice asked, holding Cecilia up.
"Yeah, I'm oka-" Cecilia started, but then lost balance and fell. "You know, you look a little like Philippa Soo. She plays Eliza in Hamilton. She's very pretty."
The woman smiled, looking down at Cecilia. "Come on. I've gotta get to the theater, you're coming with me. Not leaving you alone."
"What theater? Where?" Cecilia wondered, looking up confused.
The woman looked down at Cecilia again, pulling her up. She smiled.
"The Richard Rodgers."
