Chapter 14

Tarah POV

I woke up in a hospital, what am I doing here. I started to freak out which woke up......Charlie

"Settle down" he said

"Where's Adam!"

"He just went downstairs to get food"

"What happened"

"Tarah, you broke your wrist and you have a concussion"

"How a broken wrist"

"Because....of me, well and McGill he was the one who broke it"

"I would be here if you would of never touched me"

"I know and I'm sorry"

I didn't say another word and then Adam walks in

"Your awake" he said with a smile

He walked over to me and kissed me on the forehead. Out of the corner of my eyes I see Charlie leaving

"I'm so glad your okay"

"Who won"

"You guys did, Charlie took your penalty shot and made it"

I smiled

"Get some rest"

He kissed my head and sat in the seat beside me

"Adam..."

He looked at me

"Do you love me?"

"Of course I love you"

"Then why aren't we a couple"

"Tarah, we are" he said with a smile

I smiled back and watched some tv

I had so many visitors, the team, coach, Casey, Charlie and even Coach Riley

I don't know why he came but it was nice to see he cared

"Adam, you should come play for the Ducks"

"Tarah, I can't leave my team"

I gave him my puppy eyes look and he couldn't resist

"Fine...I'll talk to the coaches"

I smiled

"Oh and one more thing, my parents went on a cruise out of the blew so who knows when they will be home"

I laughed and fell asleep while our hands where locked together
