It had been four months since Serin, Kumiko and Haven's deaths, and Charlotte was finally getting used to life at the Academy. Camille was an excellent teacher, although the position for Headmaster was still needing to be filled, and Charlotte was finally finding happiness in her life. She was excelling in all her classes, and was studying as a third year. She would graduate in a year. Xeraph was still depressed, but was beginning to find the flavour in life again. He was chosen for year's Team captain for Faerie Ball, much like Football but with magic. He spent his weekends with Charlotte, occasionally visiting the graves of their deceased friends. They were finding their new normal. Until, of course, Elliot Belcourt showed up. Elliot was a mysterious, ridiculously hot guy in Charlotte's Intro to Faerie Lore class, and she was head over heels.
