"Ingat sa flight bukas Meng. I'm looking forward to seeing you."

"Me too, Rj. I miss you."

"Gusto mo sunduin ko kayo?"

"Rj naman eh. Lie low muna di ba. Maaga kami dadating. Around 2pm. Buti na nga lang nung hinatid mo kami, madaling araw eh."

"Okay sige. Excited na kasi akong makita ka. Alam mo naman. Sorry na, love."

"It's okay, Rj. Just wait for me please? We'll see each other soon. Osige, it's 2am na dito, we have to rest. Good night, Rj. I love you."

"See you soon. Good night. I love you too, Meng."

MAINE's POV

Plakda sa bed.

I feel so tired. Damn, my feet are killing me, but it's hella fun. Japan was amazing, and I definitely wanna go back, syempre sana kasama si Tisoy.

We've been unpacking our bags and the house is chaotic. Ang dami pala naming inuwi. To get away from that, I wanted to talk to my Rj. I bet he's in rehearsal for GMA's New Year countdown. Hay, I wanna hear his voice. I'm just gonna say hi lang. So I dialed his number.

"Hi Rj! I'm home."

"Hi baby, tired?"

"Yes, but I wanted to hear your voice. I miss you."

"Ako din, miss na kita. Pero alam ko pagod ka. Pahinga ka muna."

"Okay. I'll see you tomorrow? Good luck sa performance mo later."

"Thanks Meng. Remember bukas, we're gonna tell your parents about us, okay?"

"Uhhh, oo nga. Sige. Ihanda mo sarili mo ha."

"Yes, love. Okay sige I have to back to rehearsals. Saka may interview pa ko for 24 oras. See you tomorrow. I love you, Maine."

"I love you too, Rj."

Then it dawned on me. We're gonna tell my parents tomorrow.

I'm anxiously excited. Such a weird feeling. Sana tanggapin nila nanay at tatay. Boto naman sila kay Rj eh.

Hay, I'll sleep this off na nga lang.
