Humiga ulit ako at pumikit ng mariin. I haven't slept the entire night because I was thinking about Mr. Not Interested, Ashton Stratford. He's really something.

Nang maglunch kami ni Kam ay panay ang daldal niya tungkol kay Duke. "Hindi niya ako sinundo kanina! Nakakainis! Nalate tuloy ako dahil ang hirap sumakay ng cab." She ranted.

She's been ranting for almost half an hour and I didn't even understand a thing. "I think I'm reconsidering Stratford Inc.'s offer." I said out of nowhere.

"I was blabbering all this time about me and Duke at nasa Stratford Inc. pala ang utak mo." Inis niyang sabi at sumandal sa upuan niya. "What happened to you don't wanna work just yet?" She raised her eyebrow.

Ngumuso ako. "I don't know but something about Mr. Sungit caught my attention." Sabi ko at sumimsim ng iced tea ko.

She showed her evil grin. "Nachachallenge ka." She concluded.

I nodded and shrugged. "Yeah, I guess so. This is the actual first time that someone didn't fell for my charm. I'm taking it as a challenge." Nakangisi kong sabi bago kunin ang phone ko sa bag ko.

He's not interested with me? I'll make sure he will be.

Agad kong dinial ang number ng secretary ni Mr. Stratford. "Hello, is this Mr. Stratford's secretary?" I asked as soon as she answered the call.

"Yes. Are you calling to talk about our offer Ms. Harmony?" Aniya sa kabilang linya.

I nodded and smiled, kahit na hindi naman niya ako nakikita. "Is it possible to have an appointment with Mr. Stratford later this afternoon?"

Ngumisi si Kam at bumalik sa pagkain. "Of course, Ms. Harmony. He's free at 4 o'clock." Aniya.

Tumango ako. "I'll be there by 4PM. Thank you." Sabi ko at binaba na ang tawag. Pagharap ko ay malaki ang ngisi ni Kam.  "What?" I asked her.

"Wala. Its just that, that Ashton must really be something. Kahit anong pilit ko sayong magwork ayaw mo, but then siya, one kiss and you're running after him. He is something." Nakangising sabi niya.

Kumunot ang noo ko. "I'm not running after him." I shook my head. Definitely not. "I'm just challenged, that's all." I shrugged.

Umuwi agad ako after naming kumain ni Kam para makaligo ulit ako at makapagbihis ng maayos. After kong maligo at makapagayos ay hindi ko alam kung ano bang dapat kong isuot. I've decided to go for the sexy business look.

Sinuot ko yung black pencil cut skirt ko na umabot hanggang tuhod ko, may slit yun na kaunti. I wore a white loose sleeveless top to match with my skirt. Sinuot ko ang white Christian Louboutin na regalo ni Mommy sakin noong graduation ko and viola, Im done. I grabbed my black blazer before I stormed out of my room.
