Personally i have a really high empathy.
I always think and try to observe from every edge wondering how people feel. I am trying to get into them from afar. I always wonder if they're doing well , if not I hope things do get easier for them , as they should go easier on themselves as well. You deserve things that you really work hard on especially when it comes from the heart, it's just meant for you.

Psychology would be my dream course.
As someone who teaches myself how to be emotionally intelligent , it takes a lot of courage and I want to go deep , by having knowledge about mind , feeling and emotion. I want to understand what i am going through and in return help others who're going through tough phases as well.

When you suddenly feel weigh , lost and unbalanced ,
Find yourself sitting on a really comfortable chair
Hold a pen and write down how you feel on a piece of paper

So you could reflect how you feel deeply
Then you move on
This is important as that you could let out all the anger , sadness in you
Instead of talking about it , by fully open

It's not easy to let out our emotion
As sometimes we don't really know how we actually feel
We're in despair of trying to wake up and then just lay down again
Often ask ourselves if we make progresses or just not

Life come with unexpected things
You would literally have no idea that sometimes life would hit you badly and it left you with wound and scars
You need to heal from that

Terrible things happen to genuine people
A warm and gentle heart would be stormed by a heavy rain and it would crash
The heart would get stronger each time
As the owner of the body is still there

It's important to know and notice when is the time for you to get mad
It's okay to let out how you feel like on paper
But don't ever let out on other people for no reason
But sometimes it just so hard and you feel like you're going to scream
If you can control hey I definitely praise you for that , the amount of patience you carry on

So try to understand your mind
Your thoughts
Your heart

Stop put down how you feel just for somebody else
Give yourselves the love that you pour

Lately it's been struck me that
Why not be someone who could put love to literally anyone you could ever meet , strangers and beloved ones , instead of a lover intimately?

take a deep breath , feel
you're getting there and that's the most important than anything
