I finally fell asleep around eight. I woke up at ten and Cameron was gone. I was still exhausted but decided today would be a good day to visit Rachelle.

"Are you busy today? I wanna come visit." I texted her.

"If by busy you mean eating nutella and watching Pocahontas, yes. Lol. Come over." she replied.

I got ready in thirty minutes and made my way down to the lobby to see if any of the guys were there. I spotted Martin on the phone and decided not to bother him. I walked outside and tried to hail a cab. I failed many times at the attempt but finally got one.

"Where to?" the driver asked.

I gave him Rachelle's address and we made it there in about forty minutes, thanks to the lunch traffic. I anxiously waited for Rachelle to answer the door after ringing the doorbell at least ten times. I heard the door unlock and as soon as she opened it we jumped into a hug.

"Oh my god I missed you so much!" she screamed, hugging me.

"I know. It's been too long," I smiled.

She stepped aside for me to come in. This was the first time I'd seen her house since she'd moved here. I studied the décor and color patterns around the house as I followed her to the kitchen.

"Dude I love your house!" I said, looking around the kitchen.

"It's awesome," she smiled. "Want anything?"

She opened the fridge and shifted some things around.

"I'll take a coke."

She handed me my drink and got a mountain dew for herself.

"You're gonna be so hyper," I said, nodding to her drink.

"That's how I roll," she grinned.

We walked into the living room and sat down on the couch. I noticed a picture of us on the coffee table.

"Oh I love this!" I smiled, picking it up.

"Yeah, that's my favorite."

She turned the TV to XM radio and Jay Sean was on.

"So how's things been?" she asked, pulling her legs up on the couch.

"Crazy busy," I laughed. "I finally got around to cutting the two new tracks in Nashville."

"When do I get to see the music videos?"

"Probably a month."

"How's Cam?" she asked, sipping her drink.

I made a face. "He's alright. You know how he's been real argumentative."

She nodded. "Yeah. Did you guys work things out or his he still being a dick?"

"I'm not really sure. We went to dinner last night and he was unusually nice but he wasn't there when I woke up this morning so I don't know."

"He's probably just constipated," she said with a straight face.

"What?" I burst out laughing.

"Hey it could happen!" she laughed.

"You're an idiot," I grinned.

"So what's your plans for the rest of the week?" she asked, setting her can on the coffee table.

"I think we leave Sunday. Today's Thursday right?" I asked, unsure. My days all run together anymore.

"Yeah."

"I don't really know what all we're doing except that we're supposed to attend some formal dinner party tonight," I answered.
