I didn't know what to say. My head was screaming 'yes!' but I didn't feel comfortable telling him that. I swallowed hard and tried to come up with an excuse not to answer his question.

"Um..." I managed.

"Um?" he gave me a half smile.

"I don't know," I said, hoping that was a good enough answer.

He glanced down at my mouth a couple times and then met my eyes again."Do you wanna kiss me now...?" he whispered.

What the hell am I supposed to say to that?!

"I... um..." I mumbled.

I found myself looking at his lips and then back to his eyes. He leaned in closer.

"You can push me away..." he whispered.

I don't know why, but I didn't push him away. I didn't say anything. I didn't move. I didn't stop him at all. He looked to me one more time for assurance and then I felt our lips touch. Suddenly I was glad I didn't push him away. The kiss was slow and romantic. He pulled away and took a deep breath, looking at the ground.

"W-was that... okay?" he muttered, looking back to me.

I didn't answer. Instead, I rested one hand on his shoulder and another on his waist.

"Tyler..." I whispered and closed the gap between us.

This time the kiss was more needy and passionate. He pressed me harder against the door as our lips moved together in sync. I tangled my fingers in his hair. His hand slid down my side and rested on my hip. To say the least, I was in heaven here. Sparks, fireworks, atomic bombs, you name it, were going off in my head as we kissed. I didn't want it to end. Eventually he pulled away breathing heavy.

"That was more than okay," I smiled.

He returned the smile and then stepped back to open my door for me.The drive back to the city wasn't as long as the drive away this morning since there wasn't near as much traffic now that it was night and Tyler decided to speed more. I sat in the middle seat of the truck cuddled up to Tyler with his arm around me the whole time. I fell asleep on his shoulder and he nudged me awake when we pulled up to the hotel. I looked at the clock on the dash. It was just after 1AM. I looked up at Tyler and he gave me a loving smile.

"You fell asleep," he said, pushing my hair out of my face. "C'mon, let's get up."

I wrapped an arm around his stomach as he moved to open the door causing him to leave it shut. I gripped his shirt and cuddled against his body.

"I don't wanna go," I mumbled, breathing in the scent of his cologne.

"I know baby," he whispered, stroking my hair. "But we have to."

I was too tired to pester him about it so I followed him out of the truck and stayed cuddled into his side as we walked into the hotel. He kept his arm wrapped around me and I closed my eyes, letting his movements guide me to the elevators. I didn't open my eyes til we got off the elevator. The floor was silent and I figured everyone went to bed a couple hours ago. We walked back to my room and stood in front of the door just looking at each other.

"Thank you for today," I smiled. "I had a really great time."

"So did I. Maybe we can do it again sometime."

"Are you free tomorrow?" I suggested.

"Are you asking?" he smirked.

"If you want to..." I trailed off.

"I want to," he smiled and leaned in to kiss me.

It was a quick kiss but it was sweet. I didn't wanna stop kissing him but I was dead tired. We broke apart and he had a goofy grin on his face. He glanced down the hall and then pushed his bangs back.
