In Verona the preparation for the betrothal ball was in full swing at the Capulets. Their daughter, Juliet, was betrothed to the son of the Montagues, Romeo.
There was no hate between the two families, the two fathers were close friends but, unfortunately, their children never met because their parents didn't have much time to see each other due to their busy schedules at their high place in the city of Verona.
The night arrived and the festivities were at its height.
Romeo needed to go to the bathroom to refresh his face and when he came back to the party he thought he died; he was seeing an angel.
This girl. What a sight. He needed to know her name, no matter what. Even if was supposed to marry Juliet Capulet.
What luck it is this Juliet, he's supposed to marry her. He couldn't wait to be married to such a perfect young woman, she's pretty and she seems to have a great personality.
Romeo came to Friar Laurence the next day to tell him that his view about the wedding had changed overnight after seeing his promise; he told him that he thought he was in heaven when he first saw Juliet.
He even rushed his parents to change the date of the wedding and make it happen faster because he couldn't wait to get married, such as Juliet who cannot wait to marry this hopeless romantic future husband.
Both families were pleased to hear that and agreed to change the date of the wedding and make it happen two days later.
The wedding went perfectly and the married life of the two lovers was long and prosperous.
This marriage permitted the two families to make their strength and wealth grow.
