Forbidden

When the angel came on earth to take care of its designated protégé it met a demon who also was designated to take care of the same human; it was the usual way: an angel and a demon has to take care of a human being and have to make it tend in the way of either God or Satan without interfering with the free will.

When the angel saw the demon it was unable to understand them, I mean not as the usual (why did they turn their back from the Creator) but something strange in this one tingled their curiosity. The angel's curiosity towards the devil grew with the human it guarded and the devil weren't disinterested by the angel they were letting the angel make the first move but sometimes they were tingling them when they were bored.

This game lasts the lifetime of their protégé and also during the time of the judgment of the human after their death.

After they were forbidden to work together for a while, as usual, but the angel was really starting to like the company of this demon that they started to ignore their job to find the demon to work with them once again.

God was, at first, against it but when he thought about it, those two were doing a really good job together and let them work together.

After a long time together they both realized that the connection between them was in fact love, love that no one really detected or really paid attention to because it is highly forbidden for angels and demons to fall in love.

Once they realized their feelings the demon committed suicide in front of God, after a long and highly difficult way to get to heaven, to show how selfish He was by letting His angels falling in love without being able to show their love. What's the purpose of life if you can't love someone without being judged?
