The farm reeks of death and decay, so as I creep forward I keep an eye out for anything dead and/or moving. You never know, especially when the smart zombies find a patch of shade.
Anyways, I re-focus as I crawl towards the destroyed house and start looking for scraps of anything edible, anything useful. I always look over my shoulder as I scramble across houses and then, I come upon a blacksmith, and lying on a partly fallen anvil, is something worth looking at.
A pair of headphones, glinting in the falling sun, that perfectly fit when I place them over my hair. Every seven year olds dream right on my head.
They probably were some seven year olds dream, a little voice scolds me, but I ignore it and with a shiver, turn towards the forest.
