the next day, in the library ~

"You better explain what the hell Sooyun was yapping about yesterday. Now." Sunghoon demanded an answer as he sat Jungwon and Jiwoo down.

"I lied to Sooyun and so I was hanging out with my sister instead of Jungwon" Jiwoo replied, in a whisper, she wasn't sure why Sunghoon had picked the library of all places, where people were eyeing them up as they were speaking

"And Sooyun gets upset if Jiwoo hangs out with people that she knows and she isn't invited" Jungwon added

"Oh and last night she saw Jungwon walking me home and she saw our necklaces" Jiwoo also added

"Anything else you need to add on?" Sunghoon asked

"No, that's it"

"She's a bit of a controlling person don't you think, Jiwoo?" Sunghoon remarked

"I— don't think so."

"Is she upset at you over some necklaces and because you hung out with each other? Is that it? I thought it would be more serious.."

"She's been ignoring me all day, because of what happened. So I'm going to make it up to her!" Jiwoo said determinedly

"Why should y—"

"Do what you think you need to do" Jungwon replied

"Yun!" Jiwoo ran after her best friend that already started walking home without her, running ahead of Jungwon and Sunghoon. Sooyun tensed up when she heard Jiwoo's voice, but continued to walk

"Yun?" Jiwoo almost caught up to her

"Kim Sooyun." Jiwoo grabbed onto Sooyun's wrist, they were now almost fully down the road far away from Jungwon and Sunghoon

"What?" Sooyun asked coldly

"I— I'm sorry for what I did. I thought that other people were going to do pottery when I went to hang out with Jungwon. I shouldn't have lied, but I was scared because you hate me hanging out with other people." Jiwoo blurted out

"I forgive you" Sooyun replied

"Really—?"

"On one condition." Sooyun added, and Jiwoo perked up her head at this 'condition'

"You can't talk to Jungwon, or hang out with him"

"Huh..?"

"You can only talk to him if I'm there, and you have to talk about me. Are you really my best friend if you don't help me get with the guy I like?"

"Yo— you're right. I.. I promise I'll stay away from Jungwon. I'm sorry Sooyun." Jiwoo bowed to her friend

"Now go, let me walk home with Jungwon and Sunghoon." Sooyun sort of demanded.

Jiwoo started to walk in the direction of her home, just as Jungwon and Sunghoon caught up.

"Oh, hey guys! You didn't perhaps hear what we said did you?" Sooyun went back to her cheerful self

"Uh... no" Sunghoon lied, and Jungwon agreed.

"Okay! Let's walk home together!" Sooyun smiled, a little creepy, but the two boys brushed it off.

"What about Ji?" Jungwon pointed at Jiwoo that was walking ahead of them, with her head down.
