two weeks later :

Jiwoo wasn't sure if she was just overthinking it, but she had noticed recently the boys had been very.. clingy to her, in some sort of way?

a week ago :

"Jiwoo! Let me hold your backpack for you"

"I'll walk you home"

"Let's walk to class shall we?"

"I'll pay for you don't worry"

"Let me carry your books for you"

Confusing, right?

For some reason, all the talk was about her and not Sooyun, like everything was reversed.

But in particular she seemed to have grown very close to both Sunghoon and Jungwon, they would walk home every time they had sports (Sooyun would join when she had her weekly art classes) and naturally, got to know each other more.

"Guess who it is~" Sunghoon covered Jiwoo's eyes as she was putting some books into her locker

"Hmm.. Jungwon is that you?" She grinned

"Guess again" Sunghoon rolled his eyes

"Hi Sunghoon" she removed his hands off her eyes.

"WOAH? New hair colour I see?" Jiwoo looked at his new hair, he had blue roots and white ends. It worked well with his mullet.

"Morning!!" Sunoo beamed

"You too?! Did you all change your hair colour yesterday" Jiwoo was astonished by sunoo's dusty pink hair.

"Just us two" Sunoo replied

"Jiwoo, what are you doing after school?" Jake leaned against the locker next to her, now these three were cornering her into her own locker.

"I have dance practice, why?"

"Are you not doing anything? It's Friday!" Sunoo exclaimed

"Hmm well I asked Yun if she wanted to hang out but she didn't reply.. are you guys free by any chance?"

"Of course we are" Jake replied

"The four of us should go to that fun fair in the park" Sunoo suggested

"I'm down" the rest replied in sync, creating a fit of laughter

"Ji, let's go to English together" Jungwon said

"Sure" Jiwoo smiled at him

She couldn't help but notice the other three giving Jungwon a sort of death stare, this was the third time she had them do this.

"Catch you guys later!" Jiwoo waved goodbye to Sunghoon, Sunoo and Jake, not acknowledging Jungwon's arm around her shoulder.

"That Jungwon.." Sunoo gritted through his teeth

"He's definitely trying the hardest out of all of us, did you see that nickname he had for her too?" Jake sighed

"Nah, Sooyun calls Jiwoo 'Ji' too" Sunghoon shut down Jake's remark

"Do you wanna stop by the convenience store on the way home?" Jiwoo asked as they entered the classroom.

"Ah— actually I can't walk home with you today I'm busy" Jungwon quickly said before splitting off from her to his allocated seat
