Wonder 30: Tangled fate with the wonders

Hindi mawala ang simangot sa aking mukha nang makuha ang love paper. Dahil tuloy dito ay mukhang nag-aalangan lumapit sa akin sila Azi, Blo, at Rei maging si Eri na kilala ko sa pagiging masungit at matapang na walang kinatatakutan.

Marahil ay ngayon lang nila ako nakitang ganito? Maski ako ay hindi alam sa sarili kung bakit hindi mawala-wala ang pagkairita ko lalo na kapag nakikita ko si K. Hays.

Pinag-iisipan ko rin kung pupunta ba ako sa fountain mamaya. I mean, if I go then malay natin makilala ko doon love life ko. Or hindi rin.

Tinapik ko ang aking sarili. Wtf am I thinking!

Holding the love paper in my hands, I'm idly strolling along the hallway. What should I do with this? Out of frustration, I brushed my hair.

Kalma Raisha. Inhale, exhale!

Nang sa tingin ko ay kalmado na ako pinagpatuloy ko ang paglalakad. I wonder, where am I going? I cannot help but notice how much the festival is being enjoyed by the students and even the guests. Although the atmosphere here appears to be bustling, K is the reason I'm sulking.

When I heard someone yelling my name, "Raisha!" my train of thought was cut short. Agad kong nilagay sa aking bulsa ang love paper.

I smiled when I saw Stella. Despite being exhausted, she is radiant. They must have had great success with the festival they put on.

"Bakit mag-isa ka lang? Saan si Rei?" she asked as soon as she gets closer. Mukhang Rei talaga ang babaeng to.

For a moment my thoughts flew again. Looking for an answer to answer Stella's question. Hindi ko alam kung nasaan siya, sila, dahil nauna na akong nagpaalam. Maybe they're enjoying the festival themselves?

"Hello! Raisha to Earth! Earth to Raisha!" Once again I went back to reality from the trance of thinking about Rei's whereabouts.

"H-Hindi ko alam eh. Nakasama ko siya kanina sa isang booth pero naghiwalay din kami pagkatapos."

Mukha namang kumbinsido siya dahil sakanyang pagtango. "Well, anyway I'm here to accompany you!" she said while smiling widely.

My worries were eased by her charming grin. It seems as though I am waiting for her smile to bring me peace of mind, even for just this moment. I'm really glad to have her as my friend.

"Ano tara? Di pa ako nakakaikot dahil sa dami ng gawain jusko!"

I chuckled. "Edi tara na! Kulang ang isang araw para malibot natin ang buong campus."

We started our little adventure at the horror booth that was organized by her section. She invited me here to experience their booth.

I'm quite surprised when I saw their booth held at the auditorium where most of small announcements are discussed. Ang alam ko kasi ay sa classroom gaganapin ang booth ng kada section.

"Surprised?" she suddenly asked.

"Medyo, di ko ine-expect na sa auditorium kayo." sagot ko.

"Well, that's one of the perks being part of student council." she grinned.

"Ang daya..."  I pouted that made her laughed. "Come on."

Dinala niya ako sa tapat ng horror booth. Pero bago kami pumasok ay tumigil kami sa gilid kung saan maraming nakapila. Imbes na pumila kami ay pinuntahan niya ang lalaki sa lamesa na siyang nagbibigay ng ticket. I saw the man handed her two tickets secretly.
