Arnav is sitting in his room lost in his own thoughts when suddenly he heard his mother voice.

Mom he immediately got up and went outside to check which holler she is creating out there

Arnav. She sobs and run towards him fastly and take him in hug

Arnav I'm sorry beta I couldn't bring khushi back. I tried to convince her but she didn't listen to me and asked me to get out. She started crying resting her head on his chest

Why did you go there mom. Who had told you

I couldn't see you sad. So I went to convince her but she insulted me and threw me out of her house and not only this. She slapped me as well. She sobs showing her red cheek making all family shock along with arnav

She slapped me arnav didn't you listen. Khushi insulted me and then slapped me when I tried to plead her to come back. I had told you arnav she is not nice girl she is evil but still for your happiness I went there to talk to her but see what reward she gave me. She says showing her red cheek again and again. Arnav caresses her cheek with his thumb and went In thoughts  making her confused. She thought he gonna create a scene and will stormed towards her house for insulting her but here he is standing in his own world

You gave me birth and  a mother can do anything for her child happiness but look at you. ..( he sobs ) you are such an selfish woman who just can't think above her own happiness. Your son just wished to have his wife back and you are so down in hate that you have started lying about all these silly things just because you doesn't like her. ( this time his eyes drips tears making her nods no ). I always respected you mom. I always done that which you asked for. But when times came on me you started doing all these shity things just because you hate Khushi.
