"Mom~ Eomma~ I'm home" Ryujin said as she entered the house with Chaeryeong.

Nayeon then went towards them at the living room, she was just from the kitchen

"Oh hello Chaery" Nayeon greeted with a smile as she hugged the two

"I'll take Chaeryeong to my room first mom" Ryujin said and Nayeon nodded.

The two then walked upstairs towards Ryujin's room. She let the younger stay on the bed first as she needs to talk to her mom

"I'll talk with mom first okay baby?" Ryujin said and Chaeryeong nodded slowly

Ryujin quickly went downstairs to her Nayeon..

"I thought you two will be going out on a date?" Nayeon asked as she was cleaning up some things

"Change of plans, something happened at school" Ryujin said and sighed

"Really? mind to tell me sweetheart?l Nayeon asked

"Well, we got a punishment from Miss Kim so we had to run some laps around the field which caused me to be a little bit late but Chaeryeong didn't mind at all about it. She was just worried that I got tired. Then when we were about to leave Winter said that Chaeryeong was just overreacting which kind of caused Chaeryeong to act differently now" Ryujin explained and sighed

"Maybe you girls should talk to each other. Did you told them that Chaeryeong's sensitive about some comments about her?" Nayeon asked

"I already did and some of them knew already. Maybe Winter just got so annoyed when we had to run some laps" Ryujin said and Nayeon nodded

"Hmm... I guess you should stay and comfort Chaeryeong now. I'll prepare dinner and make sure that Mina knows that Chaeryeong's here. She's gonna be so worried if she doesn't know where her daughter is at" Nayeon said and Ryujin nodded and thanked her mom. She went backup to her room and saw Chaeryeong at the edge of the bed, fiddling with her fingers

"What's wrong baby?" Ryujin asked softly, sitting beside her girlfriend but Chaeryeong didn't want to answer, she just kept quiet. Ryujin didn't want to force her to answer anymore questions because she knew Chaeryeong would just get frustrated.

"Hmm... can you come here baby?" Ryujin asked as she sits on the side of the bed where she can rest her back on the headboard. Chaeryeong followed as so, not minding that she was still in her school uniform. Ryujin was in her sweatpants and shirt though

As soon as Chaeryeong sat beside the older, Ryujin pulled her to let her straddle her lap. She brought the younger in her arms and starts caressing her back.

"How was your classes? did something interesting happened?" Ryujin asked, wanting to change the topic

"Not really..." Chaeryeong said and sighed. She hid her head in the crook of Ryujin's neck and hugged her back. She just wanted to rest, not want to remember anything that happened today because she would overthink about it.

Ryujin didn't really know how she would make Chaeryeong forget about what Winter said, she knew that the younger gets too sensitive sometimes especially when someone talks ill about her. For her, she actually found it so lovely on how Chaeryeong was more focused on the fact that she got tired, worried that she might got hurt instead of thinking about their date.

"You know baby...." Ryujin trailed off and this made the younger look at her

"I adore how much you care for me. I know we were supposed to go out today after class but I got a punishment from Miss Kim" Ryujin said

"It's okay, it wasn't totally your fault" Chaeryeong said

"Well, the whole time we were doing the laps, I kept on thinking about you. I also got worried that you might've been waiting for a long time already. I was actually disappointed at myself when I saw you with your eomma. I was afraid I already let you down. But..."

"But what?" Chaeryeong asked her

"I have a very patient, understanding and loving girlfriend. I was a little bit glad that you didn't mind that I was late but it was definitely my fault" Ryujin said and chuckled

"How could I not be? I shouldn't get mad for you being a little bit late, especially when a teacher gave you a punishment or detention which you didn't cause. I was just worried because you look tired, you were running laps" Chaeryeong said and went back to rest her body on Ryujin's. She rested her head on the crook of Ryujin's neck once again as she left a kiss on her jaw. She suddenly yawned and it caused Ryujin to chuckle

"I guess someone else is tired" Ryujin said and chuckled

"I guess so" Chaeryeong said and chuckled as well

"We should change you into some more comfortable clothes baby so that you can sleep properly" Ryujin said and Chaeryeong nodded. They got up from the bed and Ryujin grab some clothes for Chaeryeong and let her change in the bathroom. Once she was done, they went back to the bed and laid down beside each other as their legs were crossed with each other and their arms wrapped around the other.

"To make it up to you, how about we go out after practice tomorrow, you're free right?" Ryujin asked

"Mhm... I would love that" Chaeryeong said and giggled

"Rest now my baby, I'll wake you up in a few minutes" Ryujin said as she kissed the younger's forehead

"I love you" Ryujin added, waiting for the younger to reply back but when she was about to speak, she got cut off when she felt a peck on her lips.

"I love you too" Chaeryeong said softly before kissing her on the lips once again
