I grabbed my bag and ran out of the ship,Centi held onto my shoulder tightly."Neo come on!"mom said,grabbing my arm.my dad looked like he was frozen,he looked at the Sentinels that were coming at us.he held his hand up and stopped them,they fell to the ground.he then collapsed onto the ground,"DAD!"i yelled."NEO!"mom yelled,we ran towards his body.
mom lifted him up while Centi checked his vitals,"he's still alive!"I sobbed.a bright light then shined down on us,help arrived.they took dad to a different room,however the crew members wanted to talk to me."What's going on?"I asked,sitting down.Centi whirred and held onto my back,"Patience,there's no easy way to say this but..."one crew member trailed off."If Neo dies-"I cut Morpheus off,"he won't."
"If he does die,you will be the next one."he said,I widened my eye in confusion."I...I don't understand."i said,"If Neo ever died,there would already be a next one:which is you."another crew member said.i looked down in shock,"so...if my dad ever died,I would immediately become the next one?"I asked.everyone nodded,I was in shock.
