With the clinic door in sight, we didn't wasted our time and opened it. Pasimple akong sumulyap sa batang babaeng nasa gilid ko na kaswal na nakatingin sa harapan.

I can't help but to get curious about what she said earlier, but I can't make myself to bring it up... maybe she's just teasing me.

As soon as we opened the door, a not so familiar place greeted us. Imbis makaramdam ng paggaan ng loob kapag dinala ka rito dahil isa 'tong clinic, paniguradong tataas pa ang mga balahibo mo dahil sa kaba.

This place is creepy as fuck.

Why they didn't just made it look like a normal clinic or hospital ward?! It's a freaking Victorian hospital ward! It looks like dozens of soldiers already died in here!

Nakakakabang tignan ang kabuoan ng clinic na 'to. Pero sa kabila ng hindi maipinta kong mukha dahil sa itsura ng lugar, mabilis na lumiwanag ang ekspresyon ko nang mapako ang tingin ko sa isang babae.

Has a long red beautiful hair, eyes that sparkles, the only beauty in this room. The way she talks is so perfect-

Ang nagliwanag ko ng ekspresyon ay nandilim bigla— pati na rin ang paningin ko, nang malipat ang tingin ko sa kausap niya. As if I was looking at an angel a moment ago, then in a snap, I'm in hell, staring at the most hideous creature I've ever seen.

His ash hair paired with those brown eyes of his— ugly. Kind of thin as fuck and tall— ugly. Dimples showing when he smiles while talking to my girl— ugly as fuck. 

Ang wala-akong-paki-sa-pangalan na lalaki. That's too long, I'm going to call him ugly shit instead.

That ugly shit is talking to my hood. The nerve.

Walang ekspresyon akong naglakad papalapit sa kanila. I was a bit hurt when Scarlet didn't even noticed me immediately. I just stared at them, eyes dead. Natigil lang sila sa pag-uusap nang mapalingon sa pwesto ko si Scarlet.

"Oh! You're here." Bungad niya sa akin.

Hindi ko siya pinansin, hindi pa rin nawawala ang walang buhay kong mga mata na nakatingin sa lalaking kasama niya.

"Oi, oi. What are you doing here, are you also injured?" I sarcastically said.

He looks so uncomfortable with the way I look at him. He awkwardly chuckled. "A-Ah, I'm just talking to Scarlet-"

"Oh, you're not here because you're injured. You're here because you wanted to be injured." Sadya kong pinakita sa kaniya ang nakayukom kong kamao. 

"Hey, Lunatic!" Tinapik ako ni Scarlet sa braso dahil sa sinabi ko. "Liev's just here to check on everyone!" Giit niya.

I clicked my tongue before pouting. I then glanced at the ugly shit once again to give him a look— a look that says 'know your fucking place'.

Bago pa 'ko makagawa o magsabi ng bagay na hindi ikatutuwa ni Scarlet, mabilis kong nilipat sa iba ang atensyon ko. Napatingin ako sa paligid kung saan may mga nakahiga at nakaupo sa bawat kama.

It looks like almost everyone is awake. Except to the woman who looks exactly like the Sin's guild's master, if I'm not mistaken, she's the sloth.

But compared to her...

Napunta ang tingin ko sa lalaking nasa tapat lang ni Scarlet, ito ang binabantayan niya mabuti. Broken ribs, fractured bones, damaged organs... this guy must be the right hand of satan or something to still be alive after all of that.

"His situation is still critical." Sambit ni Scarlet, siguro ay napansin niya ang pagbago ng ekspresyon ko habang nakatingin kay Nyx. "I can't fully heal his injuries... I don't know why."
