Taking out all the anger that he had embedded deep down, Soarin could have been forming a trench in Rarity's lounge room.

The unicorn couldn't be more amused at the sight of her business partner acting this way.

"What's up, Darling?" Her voice was soothing, yet filled with hints of mockery.

Singsia, the shy hot pink pegasus with the long ebony mane, had been loyal to Rarity. She never interrupted her while she worked, and never disrupted a conversation.

Yet, she couldn't help but peek interest in this particular morning chat. She hid in behind the doorway, and listened.

"Did you talk to Applejack?" Soarins voice was in a tone that was hard to tell one emotion. It was blank.

"Of course I did...but... I don't want to hurt them soarin! I refuse!" Rarity bit her lip as she became a little bolder. "You simply cannot pull them apart with your silly thoughts!"

The stallions face twisted into a scowl as he looked at the mare. "They aren't thoughts!" He huffed. "They are goals, things I want to achieve!"

His temper raised and he pulled a bottle of some kind out from his mane. The unicorn froze, looking to him with pleading eyes.

"Please...Soarin, darling! Don't make me-"

"Who cares if it hurts Applejack..." The former wonderbolts eyes locked with Rarity before he inched closer, painfully slow.

"I DONT HATE HER!" The seamstress had seemed to back herself against the wall, opposite of the one that held the doorway Singsia hid behind.

"You're right..." Soarin smirked. "You love her." At that moment, he let the bottle go and a smash was heard at the impact of hitting the floor. A small glow and then...

Nothing.

Except Rarity's eyes. Instead of a beautiful saphire blue, they were a permanent deep purple. They gleamed with joy and sparkled up to Soarin.

Singsia let out a small gasp and headed to the window of her room, a back way out. 'This is horrible. This can't be real.' She would tell herself.

"I should really compliment Lyra for making this. It works like a charm." Soarin was pleased with himself, no doubt about that.

All he wanted was revenge, and from the way his plan was working so far, it seemed to easy.

RainbowJacquelin felt a swirl of embarrassment as she requested her Aunt Pinkiepie for a iced cupcake for lunch. Not only did she forget something to eat all together, but she had to let Harmony pay for it as well.

The shop's door chimed as they walked out and Harmony was smiling brightly. The earthpony looked at that for a little, how could she possibly be happy all the time?

No! Keep your eyes and thoughts to yourself, you're staring again...ugh. Just say something idiot!

"Thank you, again!" RJ blurted, feeling a little silly.

The unicorn filly's smile never broke as she giggled. "Isn't that what friends are for?" Suddenly, she coughed.

"Yeah! It is..." Having a friend was a new experience, one that she loved and hated. RJ couldn't seem to focus on many things anymore, her mind just always came back to her friend.

Another cough.

"You okay?"

Harmony's hoof lifted as she waved the whole thing off. "Is that time of year again isn't it?"

Oh no, please no. If her friend didn't go to school because of the sickness bug that usually went around about this time, then that would just leave RJ as Bait for Cloudspark.

"I should-" A cough interrupted her talk. "G-go home." She finished, looking to the filly beside her for blessing. RJ was torn. As much as she wanted Harmony to get better, she didn't want her to leave.

"O-okay..." Whispering, pawed at the ground sadly.

"SHE PROBABLY HEARD WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT! WHAT IF SHE THINKS WE'RE HAVING A FIGHT?!"

"Hey! Listen to me! List-en-to-me!"

Rainbow Dash held Applejack by the shoulders and was shaking her. Firefly stood in the background watching her daughter try and solve a mess that the cowpony had got herself trapped into.

"You're stronger then this! Who did I marry, a mare? Or a mouse?" The tomboy's question had the opposite affect that she hoped for.

"A stupid! Weak! Mouse!" The apple-marked mare sobbed a little harder, letting her head fall to the table.

Rainbow secretly rolled her eyes and sighed. Being sympathetic wouldn't help with her wife, she needed an appropriate approach something like-

"Snap out of it AJ!" A cyan hoof snaked under a orange chin and tilted it upwards. Green eyes met magenta and Dash smiled warmly at her.

"You're better then this, you're the Applejack! The most awesomest, kindest loyalest, generous and friendliest pony I know! You aren't a failure, you never were and you never will be! You work so hard everyday, to supply apples to sweet apple acres to make sure your family can keep up with sales. I am BEYOND proud and extremely lucky to have someone as you carrying my last name..."

Apple jack's cheeks flushed. She couldn't help but find it adorable when Rainbow would be honest and sweet just for her.

Dash lightly pecked her wife on the muzzle, making a small smile spread across the earthpony's lips.

"Everything will be okay."

"Ya'll swear?"

"I swear."

"You swear that our darlin' daughter isn't mad at us?" All the pain Applejack had felt a few moments ago, had slowly dissolved.

"I swear."

"Ah swear that I will buck ya in the ribcage if ya ever leave me."

Dash giggled. "Okay, I swear I won't."

"Good."
