I woke up to the sound of my alarm, and I was actually hesitating if I should come to the trip or just fall back asleep. I was seriously leaning on the latter but I checked my phone to see that Blair and an unknown number has texted me

I opened Blair's message and I laughed at it

From Blariebear🤦🏻‍♀️:

             Your lazy ass better be at the airport tomorrow or I'll kick your ass back to New York

After sending a reassurance reply to Blair I opened the messages from the unknown number,

From 09xxxxxxxxx:

            I hope you're going to the Palawan trip

From 09xxxxxxxxx:

             This is Val btw, don't block me lol

I smiled while thinking of a response

To Collete:

       I will be there 😉

I was about to go to my bathroom when my phone rang. Collete was facetiming me, I smirked at the thought of her quick response to my text.

I answered the phone with my bed hair, it's one thing that I am not conscious about. For some reason, my bed hair is kind of hot

"Good morning beauty"

I greeted after answering the call, turning the lights on for her to see my face. And when she did, an instant blush formed on her cheeks

So soft

"G-good morning"

"It's too early for you to get nervous, love"

Mapang asar kong ani sakaniya reason for her to avert her gaze from me

"Hey, look at me"

I said in a raspy voice, it'd be like that when I wake up from my sleep. My voice just goes down a little

She shifted her eyes to me and I can see how flushed she is

"Will you g-go to the airport a-alone?"

"I'll probably have Blair to pick me up. I don't want to bring any car, so yeah"

I see her thinking to herself and she looks like she wants to say something
