Ross pov

The ringing of my phone woke me up I sat up on the couch and picked it up wheres Raelynn this is weird I answered the phone in a sleepy voice

Ross: hello

Doctor: please get down here quick

Ross: why is something wrong with he baby

Doctor: it's not the baby

Ross: umm I can't o have to get ready and get my kids

Doctor: it should probably just be you sir

Ross: ok I will be down in a few minutes

Doctor: ok bye

Ross: bye

I hung up the phone and just sat there for a minute is he dead gone she left me didn't she I punched the couch and slowly got dressed then slowly ate breakfast after I was done I went into Ashlynn's room she was sitting on her bed listening to music she looked up at me and took the headphones out "what" I took a deep breath "I need to go down to the hospital will you watch Rae and Shor" she nodded it surprised me we usually argue I walk out then turn back and looked at her "love you" she smiled "love you too" then I walked out to my car and headed to the hospital when I arrived I parked in the back and slowly walked into the hospital I was in no rush

Previous night

Laura pov

"Laura" I turn around quickly Destinys eyes were open I walked over to her "yes" she took my hand in hers "it's ok you don't have to say your sorry I know" tears streamed down my face but I didn't say anything she looked around the room "can you get me Ross" I took a deep breathe "he doesn't know I come so ya but I can tell the doctor you want him in the morning" she nodded then we sat and talked about things we did as kids

Back to present

Ross pov

I walked up to the lady at the counter she smiled i went to speak but she cut me off "your Ross right" I nodded she smiled "just head to her room" I must have had a confused look because she said "nothing's wrong with her but something is better we wanted you to see for yourself" I smiled then walked to her room I walked in and looked at her she looked exactly the same laying the same way her chest rising and sinking as she took in air I don't see anything different I pulled a chair up beside her and looked at her face she didn't look as pale is that what they wanted me to see I took her hand in mine and kissed it like the first day she was in the coma I had nothing to say I have said it all this past year I stood up "well I better get going" both bothering to say I love you it hurts to say it now I got to the door and turned to look at her one more time this time something was different this time she was smiling I walked over to her and bent down and kissed her but this time it was different she kissed back I jumped back and her eyes opened tears ran down my face I just stood there thinking I was dreaming she smiled and held out her arms I hugged her and didn't let go for a long time but I'm sure she didn't mind I kissed her again loving the feel of her kiss again it's been forever she smiled "Ross" the sound of her voice sent chills through my body "what" she giggled "I love you" I smiled "I love you to so do you remember everything" she shrugged "I remember you guys but I don't remember what happened and why I'm here" I sighed "you don't want to oh my gosh I love you so much" she laughed "calm down" I shook my head "I want to take you home" she giggled "believe me I want to go home" I smiled and we just starred at each other for a minute then she smiled evily "can I have another kiss" I leaned up and kissed her then pulled back slightly "you can have all the kisses you want"
