44: you...?"

Two days later,

Sm: ayy, avneet!

Someone called out for avneet, she looked back as she heard the voice and answered with a small smile ,

Avu: yes.

That person walked up to her as she reterned the smile,

Sm: can you please submit this papers to secretary dhruv. I am actually in a hurry i need go somewhere.

Avu: oh, ok, mia i will do it.

That person sweetly smiled at her as she handed the papers to avneet,

Mia: thank you, avneet.

Avu: you're welcome,  remember you owe me one for this.

Mia: of course i do.

She said as she walked away. Looking at the papers avneet sighed. She also started walking towards Secretary dhruv's cabin. She heard there is some guest there. She also heard he is handsome, well it’s none of her business though.

Shoving the thoughts away she stood infront of the cabin knocking it multiple times. No one seemed to answer, she again knocked a few more times no one answered. Should she peek in? Maybe not.. Mr. Dhruv won’t' like it. He has a short temper too,

"Come in..."

A faint voice came from the cabin, it didn’t felt like it was Mr. Dhruv's voice. But still avneet twisted the door knobe and stepped in before saying,

Avu: i am avneet, came to submit employe Mia's report.."

Peeking in she got startled by what she saw...

"You......?"

Both of them trailed off with shock..

-In hospital-

"Look his condition is getting worse day by day, and we have done everything we can but still no improvement is seen.. "

Ashi said as she flickered through the papers in her hand,

Abhi: listening the same thing for months now, Ashi"

Abhi complained looking at ashi,

Ashi: well,  we are doing our best even you know that... It’s not like we are not stressed, my team have done everything they can..."

Abhi: but still...."

Ashi: come on abhi, don’t act like a child. You know everything don't you?"

Ashi said while almost losing her temper,

Abhi: i do... All i want is to see my baby bro healthy and happy"

Abhi stated as he sitted himself down on the hospital bench,
Ashi sighed and sat beside abhi and spoke,

Ashi: he is also my friend, do you think seeing him in this state makes me feel happy... I feel guilty for not being able to do anything for him.."

Ashi stated with her gaze at the floor. Both of them sat there in sadly tensed air...

Few hours later,

Avneet brust opened the hospital room with tears rolling down from her checks.. 

She went towards abhi dragging him outside................

Heyya! This author is back!

I should have updated sooner but i forgot, apart from a reader i am a author/writter too (lol)
