It was a dull Sunday morning and, due to heavy rain, my weekend had resulted in doing absolutely nothing besides sleeping and bingewatching Netflix (with the occasional trip to the fridge.) I'd taken the last two days to relax and rewind, which meant I had turned off my phone and focused on some me time, which meant keeping out of touch with everyone for a little. By today, I was feeling refreshed and recharged, making the decision to turn my phone back on a day early. I texted a quick 'hi' into the group chat and seconds later, John B's name flashed across my phone screen. I anwered the call and held the phone to my ear,

"Hello gorgous." I teased, "You missed me?"

"Babe! Is that a joke? Do you know how many times I thought about messaging you? It was so boring without you!"

"I know, I'm sorry for being a pain. I just needed a break."

"It's okay, I know you did. But I'm also glad that break is over! I'm on way to yours... right now."

"It's pouring outside!" I exhaled, shaking my head.

"So worth it." John B flirted.

"Are you bein-"

"I'm outside your house."

"What?!"

"Please let me in, the weathers horrible."

I laughed, rolling my eyes. "Give me a sec."

I tied my hair into a quick ponytail and shoved a jumper over my shorts onesie, running downstairs so that John B didn't catch the flu or something. As soon as I opened the door, I was lifted from the ground. John B laughed playfully as he spun me around.

"I missed you." He cooed.

I laughed, hugging him back. "I was only gone for two days."

He placed me back on my feet and crossed his eyebrows, "You saying you didnt miss me?"

"No, I did." I replied, "I was just teasing."

"Good." He smiled, kissing my forehead. "Do you feel better after taking some time?"

"I do."

"That's all that matters."

I grinned, "I painted a picture of our spot."

"You did?"

"Wanna see?"

"Of course I do!" John B replied as if I'd just asked him the most outrageous question ever.

"Okay!" I said, racing up the stairs to my bedroom.

I pulled the canvas from my closet and held it up. I was a painting of the me and him (from behind) sat on our rock on the beach, watching the sunset.

"Y/N," John B said, "That's amazing."

"So, you like it then?" I teased, putting the painting back into the closet.

"I love it!" He said, wrapping his arms aroundmy waist. "I also love you."

I smiled, placing a quick kiss against his lips. " I love you too."

"We should do something together. Since I haven't seen you in forever."

"Like what?" I asked, "It's throwing it down outside."

"I had something else in mind." John B winked.

"You want me to paint you like one of your french girls?"

"What?" He asked, oblivious of my sarcasm.

"Joke." I said, before pressing my lips against his again.

John B kissed me back, lifting me up and dropping my onto the bed. I bounced away and almost rolled of the bed.

"Sexy?" I joked

"One hundred percent... should we try that again?"

I giggled, pulling him onto the bed beside me. "Definitely."

(And then things got heated... blah blah blah.)

Writer's block is a terrible thing. Turns out, it's all I've had for the past few weeks. I've been so unmotivated and, quite frankly, it's hard to write lovey dovey imagines when your love life is so terrible aha. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this short chapter and I'm currently working on some ideas for my next imagines. Don't worry, I won't leave it so long this time. BUT, I do need some better ideas so please do let me know if you have any - Lily x  (Please tell me if there's any spelling errors. I forgot to proof read...)
