27. Date with Jimin

Y/N's POV

I sighed tapping my shoes on the floor of the luxurious Restaurant. I know I am being ridiculous here but I am nervous as heck . You might be wondering why I am nervous right actually today is my date with Jimin and Jimin changed the location to a luxury restaurant , typical of him. But somehow since morning I am feeling as if I am getting watched  and then Jimin was  getting late .I worried for him ,he usually arrives before the time but today he was late . I was sitting in the lobby of the restaurant looking at my watch time to time .  
Suddenly someone tapped my shoulders as I stiffed slightly flinching as I turned back to see Jimin looking at me with his adorable puppy eyes while smiling .I huffed crossing my arms over my chest while I stood up looking at him loftily  .
"I am sorry sweet heart !I had an urgent meeting . "Jimin said giving his best puppy eyes as I sighed patting his head . I can't stay angry at him forever anyway .

"What happened ?"I asked walking with him to the elevator as Jimin smiled .Well somethings fishy ! I can sense it in his weird smile .
"I have a gift for you !"Jimin said happily as he gave me a file he was carrying . I took it while I looked at him with a raised brow . He gestured me to open as I slowly opened the file as I read through it . My eyes widened as I stared at him and then back at the file reading the rest . Tears fell down my eyes as i stared at him shocked as Jimin smiled brightly .
"You... You really left Mafia and Illegal business ?"I asked as Jimin smiled .
"The last meeting was today , That's why I came late  ."Jimin said as we got of the elevator . Without thinking twice I jumped onto him wrapping my hands around his neck as I hugged him tightly , silently crying in his shoulder as Jimin held me in his arms . He hugged me tighter as  I smiled relaxing myself into his arms. I pulled back wiping my tears and smiled widely at him 
"You made the right decision Chim" I said patting head as Jimin smiled .
"I was planning to leave mafia after marrying you and after getting revenge from dad from the start . At first I just wanted to rule over the world but since you came my plans changed to this ."Jimin replied shrugging his shoulders as we sat in the chairs pre booked by Jimin as I smiled nodding my head.
"I am sorry I can't..um ..love you "I spoke hesitantly as Chim gave me a sad smile . He took my hands in his as he joined our fingers .
"Tell me Y/N , If I was not a Mafia and not your cousin . Will  I have a chance with you ?" Jimin asked looking directly into my eyes as I gulped . I looked everywhere else than him as I hesitantly spoke few words .
"I. .um.. I don't know. You were so gentle with me every time but Chim I just can't . I can only see you as my bestfriend .And I don't think I am ready for any romantic relationships "I spoke honestly as Jimin smiled patting our joined hands .
"It's okay sweetheart . But just remember I am always here for you " He said .I looked in to his eyes with a smile plastered on my face . What am I doing ?How can I break the heart of someone whose so considerate about me ?But I am not ready for romantic relationship nor I want to marry anyone ! It's like a vivid dream for me .But I am thankful that Jimin understands me and he's willing to break his own heart for my sake .I feel so selfish right now !
"I am sorry Chim "I whispered looking into his eyes as he gave me a smile .
"Why are you saying sorry when I was the one who is clearly at fault ? Don't worry about me and now since you're free, live the way you want .I only wish your happiness "Jimin said leaving my hand as I smiled nodding my head . I dug into my bag taking a box as I gave it to Jimin .
"I have a gift too "I spoke smiling as he took the blue box opening it slowly as he looked at me questioning ?
"Two wedding rings ? Whose going to get married "He asked suspiciously as I laughed at his ridiculous statement .Damn this boy is so cute !
