Hey guys I didn't know what to write so I'm going to skip straight through to the day of the funeral which is a few days(2-3) general and nothing much happened in those days. I'm not sure what people say at funerals so we're going to be going from after the funeral is over and just before the after party if that makes sense.

Marinette's outfit (I made the aesthetic)

Marinette's mother and step father had just been buried and she couldn't help but cry. The young girl had finally felt the full impact of what had happened until today. She hadn't understood what had happened until now and it hurt a lot. Barry had stayed close to her all day making sure she was ok.

They had just been buried and teh guest swerve had all left to go to the after party that would begin with the speeches about Tom and Sabine, Barry had decided to say one for Sabine as he had never met Tom  but wished he got the chance to.

The only ones that were still at the graveyard were Barry, Marinette, Gina, Roland and Wang Cheng (Sabine's brother) they were all praying for them, they were a family, Barry felt out of place but he was there for his daughter, she cried saying she missed her mother and he knew the feeling of losing your mother when your young but she was younger than he was.

She kneeled down in front of her mothers grave and cried that she missed her mother badly. He hugged and promised Sabine to look after Marinette and always be there for her and the first thing he was going to do was make up for the past seven years. Barry gave some flowers to Marinette to put down on both graves and she did with that he took her hand and walked to the car.

On the way to the venue, no one really talked and Gina just hugged Marinette the whole time, as they got out and walked Marinette came up to Barry and stayed near him most of the time.  People came up to them one by one and told how wonderful people were to Marinette and her family. Some told her stories of how they met and what they were like when they were younger.

Barry hugged Marintte and told her everything was going to be ok and that helped her feel a little better. Most of the time she stayed by Barry and Gina as she had never had met her grandfather or uncle but with the help of Barry she walked up and talked to them.

Her grandfather Roland told her all about her step father and how he loved baking and told her when he baked for the first time alone he somehow got a bag of flour to explode and he looked like a ghost when he was covered in flour.

Marinette giggled hearing the story about her step father, he was a great baker and she couldn't believe he managed to make a bag of flour explode, how is that even possible. Next she met her uncle Wang Cheng, her mothers brother.

He told her about how she had changed her name to Sabine when she came to Paris and that she had a parrot when she was living in Shanghai and that when she comes to visit she can meet him. Marinette got excited at that and wanted to go meet her mothers pet parrot.

Soon it was time for the speeches and people started coming up and doing their speeches and saying how they would not be forgotten.

Hey guys,

Sorry for the wait I had started the speeches in this chapter but I kept changing and it's nearly been a week since I have posted anything. So a couple of speeches will be said at the start of the next chapter.

One another things,  it's about Marinette's room in Central City, thank you to those who voted on a room but I have a small problem. I got a vote on all the rooms so if someone would be kind enough to vote on a room that would break the tie and that would be much appreciated.

Also how did I do on my first aesthetic, I couldn't find an out I liked so I made my own.

Comment, vote :)
