Gracies POV (15 Years Old)

"Are you sure you wanna do this? These guys can be kinda overwhelming" I said to my boyfriend Luke as we stopped outside of my apartment building,

"Yes Gracie I'm sure" he said with a smile "stop stressing out it'll be fine" he ensured and I nodded apprehensively,

"I know, I just really want everyone to like you" I admitted,

"Hey, of course they'll like me. What's not to like?" He said jokingly and I shook my head in amusement "so I'll see you tomorrow?" He asked and I nodded in confirmation before we leaned in to each other for a kiss,

"Hey Gracie" an over exited voice said from behind me causing us to pull away from each other before we could kiss. Adam. "Oh, it's Luke right?" He asked as he pointed at my boyfriend,

"Yes sir" Luke smiled "Adam right? We met at the movie theatre" he added as they shook hands,

"Yeah that's right" Adam confirms as hid eyes flick between the two of us "so whatcha doin?" He asked in a playful tone causing me to roll my eyes,

"Baking a cake" I said sassily "what does it look like we're doing?" I shook my head,

"Well...it looks like something I wanna stop" he admitted as I raised my eyebrows at him "come on Gracie I'll walk you upstairs" he offered "apartment buildings can be dangerous places for young girls" he said seriously and I scoffed,

"Adam, it's a locked building" I stated obviously,

"Well better safe than sorry" he said as he began to pull me up the stairs "bye Luke" he said in his playful voice once again,

"I'll text you" I said to him before eventually giving up and following Adam up to our apartment.

"Look who I found lurking outside" I announced to Jay as Adam and I walked in to the apartment,

"I was not lurking, I'm here for a legitimate reason" he defended and I rolled my eyes,

"To drink beer is not a legitimate reason" I stated as I put my backpack on the floor and sat down on a stool at the kitchen island,

"Stop judging me" he scolded playful "you're only mad because I stopped you from kissing that Luke kid" he said as Jay handed him a beer,

"Good work man" Jay praised as he patted Adam on the shoulder and I clicked my tongue,

"Well you can't be there all the time" I said seriously "then we can do what we want" I said proudly,

"Oh yeah" Jay fake smiled "well you do and I kill him then I make your life miserable, so go right ahead and see what happens" he said playfully but I knew it wasn't a joke,

"I'm going to my room" I announced getting fed up of the conversation,

"Have you got homework?" Jay asked me and I groaned,

"Yeah, I'm gonna do it now" I said with dread laced through my voice,

"Leave your phone" he instructed and I whined slightly,

"Seriously Jay? I'm gonna do the homework" I said and he shook his head,

"Well if you're gonna do it then you won't miss your phone" he said obviously "come on, you can have it back as soon as you've done it" he promised and I groaned once again before leaving my phone on the kitchen counter,

"You're a hard ass" Adam commented to Jay causing me to scoff,

"Tell me about it" I mumbled before leaving for my room,
